I had to return this shoe. Very disappointing. I have a similar shoe in tan and wanted a black one. the other shoe is about 3 years old and feels great. This one I ordered is tight and toes are very cramped. Material is stiff also. Guess Clarks is going the way of lots of companies, selling lesser quality at higher price. I must say customer service at Zappos is outstanding!

I've worn Clarks for years and have always worn the same size, 7W. When I got these, I was shocked at how narrow and tight they were. I couldn't even get my foot in them! I returned them and ordered a different style of Clarks, thinking it was just that particular style, but no go. It was just a narrow! Clarks has clearly changed the way they make their shoes and I am incredibly disappointed.

I got some Clarks at the end of the season last year wore them once, put them away for this year. Put them on and went to lunch when I got up the sole had separated from the top, on the right one and the other was doing the same on the side. I have worn them for years, had trouble two years ago and now this.
