I ordered two pair of these sexy boots. One black and one Burgundy Box. I ordered size 8M and the fit was perfect. The boot is comfortable and sturdy. Love the lug sole.

These are beautiful super stylish boots. My feet vary from 7½ to 8 depending on brand. I am 5'7" and my feet are a medium width. I ordered an 8 after reading comments, and when I put them on, I immediately thought, "uh oh, too small!" But I did have medium thick socks on which I was not planning on wearing with this type of boot anyway. I am assuming that with some wear they will stretch a bit. Also I was planning on wearing them with very thin socks or tights with a cute skater skirt, not to mention skinny jeans. These boots will definitely elongate your legs girls! Very comfortable and sturdy too, and I love the rubbery sole. It will cling to the sidewalk as you strut your stuff.

I was originally looking for a "Chelsea" style boot for work when I saw these. To me, they're a sexier version of that style. The lug sole and wide heel make them easy to walk in, which is important because I walk a lot. I wore them to work all day and by the end of the day my feet were spent and I had to throw on the Uggs. I wouldn't recommend them for someone who isn't used to daily major walking or wearing for a full work day on your feet, but most definitely for a night out or 3+ hours on your feet. They definitely beat any thin heel or pumps. The comfort level is similar to a wedge. They're perfect to dress up or down, very versatile for fall. I'd wear them to a rock show or to an office job. True to Steve Madden sizing. Slightly tight in the toe box (for me) but I have a small bunion from wearing ballet pointe shoes for many years. They are wide enough at the ball of the foot and narrow enough at the heel to fit just right. Just get them. If you don't like them, it's Zappos, you can return them for free. You won't regret it! They're hot!

Bought this in black, and it is now a staple in my winter wardrobe. I love the height, the comfort due to the platform, and the stability of the chunky heel. Unlike other booties, these are slim around the ankles, it's a great silhouette with leggings. If only the zipper would stay up. I'm fixing this at least 3 times a day.

A little too sharp a heel height for me. Perfect for the narrow footed person. I thought they were very pretty on. They were good to walk in despite heel height.

Love the black cherry color for fall. The stacked heels make them comfortable to walk with the high height. You may want to go 1/2 size higher unless you have a narrow foot.

These boots are a little narrow but breaks in after a couple of times wearing them. The are extremely comfortable even though heel is pretty substantial. I was very pleased with the purchase until roughly three months after purchasing the heels started to show severe wear (I can see the white/gray mesh inside of the heel - black heel wrap is flaking off). That is incredibly disappointing considering the cost of these boots.

These boots look great in the picture, but in person the leather looks a bit cheap. They are still and uncomfortable. I am returning them.
