After finding a fantastic pair of shoes from Cole Haan, I decided to try these as well. I bought the nude. My usual size 9 was enormous. I exchanged them for an 8.5, which was just okay. Not tight, but not perfect. For contrast, the pair I bought from C Haan before these is a perfect size 9. I really looked at these before buying. There's even another video of this height wedge by Cole Haan on Youtube. Oddly, you can see the model's ankles wavering as she walks. I wondered why. The video here on Zappos is great, but she just sort of turns around, so you don't see how actual walking would go. I understand why the other model wavered now - when you put these on your weight is slightly overbalanced towards the arch/inner side of the shoe. You are not placed solidly over the heel, so you can feel the moderate imbalance of the shoe. Consequently, when you walk in them, your ankles continue to compensate again & again. You can even see (and feel) them waver just like that shoe model I mentioned. It feels incredibly off, like you could sprain an ankle or twist it if you were to wear these. I also found the back of the shoe to have an unattractive bulbous appearance when on. You can't tell when they're off. It ends up looking like a huge heel end that protrudes too far past your heel -making it appear that you have larger, more prominent, & slightly strange heels on your feet. I tried these on with some skinny jeans & the odd heel look from a side view was unflattering. I am not referring to the wooden stacked heel underneath, but the leather area surrounding the back of your foot. The shoe itself is a nice nude. I am v. fair with pink undertones & it looked fine. The quality seemed nice & they were cushioned well. I didn't have an issue fitting a ballet shoe type sock inside-it was hidden easily. The bow is nice and discrete, nothing huge or silly or too girly looking. The cons are pretty problematic however. So disappointing, I really wanted these to work out.

I purchased four pairs of navy wedge heels from Zappos (I absolutely love their free shipping!) and these were the keepers. I adore these shoes. The quilting on the inside of the shoe is so comfortable! I feel like a lady with these shoes. I can wear them all day (I am a classroom teacher) and have absolutely no pain at the end of the day. Buy these shoes!

Beautiful show but not right for my feet (bunion). I have to give this five stars because it is so nice and comfortable, for someone with the right feet!

Very surprised - in a good way! - by these shoes. I sometimes have trouble with Cole Haans; I don't have a wide foot but sometimes their "normal" width seems narrow for me. Often, too, the toes pinch. Not in these shoes! So maybe that's why some people said the sizing felt off, but to me they felt like a true size 6, which is what I wear in most sizes but sometimes have to go up half a size in Cole Haan. I will say the toe is more rounded than it appears in the video or photos, and the toe box is shallower-there will be some toe cleavage on the outer tootsies. But even though that wasn't what I expected, I'm very pleased with how the shoe looks and feels. Very comfortable; often I have to put heel pads in due to my narrow heels, but so far I don't think I have to with these, although time will tell if the shoe stretches (I bought the black snakeskin). But the foot bed is very comfortable. I was a tad concerned with how narrow the heel is, on the sole - despite the fact that it's a wedge, it definitely narrows. But I don't feel unstable at all, so that's no problem. I bought these to replace an older pair of Sofft wedges, which I wore to death but ultimately felt the heel was a tad too low, and made my legs look a bit stumpy. These heels are a bit higher but not uncomfortable at all; they make my legs look great. All in all, very happy with these shoes!

These are so polished / professional yet comfortable and practical for winter rather than a non-wedge. They fit so well and so comfortable that I was able to run thru the airport about 20 gates with them! Definitely recommend.

This is my go-to shoe for work. Super cute and comfortable!

I purchased the snake print in size 7, which is my normal dress shoe size. These wedges are much more comfortable than their Cole Haan sister with a shorter heel. I wear business casual to work at a hospital and I am on my feet much of the time. These shoes feel great for about 6 hours, but then my feet just get tired of being in a heel. I did not experience a breaking in period with the shoe and I have walked all day in them, in the heat, with no blisters, hot spots, or irritations. I’d recommend these to a friend. I get a lot of compliments on them at work. Additionally, while I didn’t care for the stitching on these shoes, which appears more prominent on some of the other colors, I found that it is hidden on the snake print.

The fit was perfect and was able to wear them all day. Definitely going to use these on my upcoming vacation as they are so comfortable to walk in.

Just the right amount of lift while staying comfortable. Beautiful shoe. After getting the flats in black, I wanted to try these. I usually go between an 8-8.5. In the flats, I wore a 9 narrow. In these I wore an 8 regular (narrow wasn't an option). I wish CH sizing was more consistent. But very classic looking, great shoe, once you figure out your size.

I wear these shoes almost every day and LOVE them! I change into these when I get to work and spend 8+ hours in them. I am not really a person that wears heels but I work in a formal environment and these shoes have converted me. They are so comfortable and I have gotten a lot of compliments! Definitely recommend. I will buy another pair if/when these fall apart but they have been holding up well for the 6 months I've owned them.

You can’t go wrong with these shoes. They are a classic. I am on my feet a lot and these provide good support and a soft step. I sort of wished I could have found them without the bow on the toe.

I love these shoes! I am a realtor and just finished showing homes all day in these. They feel like wearing sneakers but look so polished and professional. Definitely worth it!

I love these shoes! I bought them for my wedding a while back and have worn them for several other occasions since. They're really comfortable and don't require any real break in period. I have wide feet and long toes, and these shoes still work for my feet and look flattering. Highly recommend!

These are so cute. The maple sugar is the perfect nude for my skin tone. The bow detail is very classy. This wedge is super comfortable--I could wear all day. Highly recommend.

My favorite pair of shoes. Very versatile because it is black, but has a bit of gold at the center of the bow. I was afraid the bow would make it look old fashioned, but it's actually very similar to some other high end brands. I received a lot of compliments.

Love these!! So we'll made and comfy BUT they run super large. I normally am a 7.5 but I needed a full size down in these. Plus I have wide feet but the wides were too wide. Excellent shoe just go a full size down. I have other colehaan shoes in 7.5 and they fit great so it is definitely just this shoe.

I love the comfort of these Cole Haan wedges. The color goes with everything. They arent too dressy and not too casual. Perfect!
