Bought this to replace my purse and dump bag that I would tote bag and forth to work everyday. Alone it looks gigantic, but once it's hanging on your shoulder, it looks more normal sized. It's very roomy with tons of pockets and I love that the middle pocket is padded! That was a nice surprise. The color isn't quite as bright as it is in the picture, but it is still a beautiful bag none-the-less.

Couldn't live without this bag. It's BIG though!

This is a beautiful bag, I bought this for my daughter in law who is a teacher. She loves it to carry all her stuff back n forth from school in STYLE.

This bag is absolutely beautiful. The color is darker in person- more of a cognac or burgundy brown. The type of brown that can be worn with black. The inside has tons of pockets, and the size is neither too big nor too small for a person whose 5'1. Everything fits in there- ipads, planners, books, pencils, umbrellas. I also didn't have any trouble getting the handle over the arm of my super thick Chicago down coat. I have coveted this bag for years and feel so dumb for not just buying it earlier. If you're in doubt - get it.

I mostly love this bag. The color is amazing. I love the shape. It's the tiniest but too large. It I didn't like the next size down bag. I feel very stylish and put together when carrying it.

Love the color! Love the way it is so organized on the interior! Great to be able to carry my iPad in a protected zippered pocket!

My experience with Zappos was terrible. They initially sent me a damaged purse that was not in the original Michael Kors packaging. One of the straps had actually been super-glued back onto the purse. Clearly Zappos has some quality control issues. They did make the return very easy and sent me a new purse. The 2nd purse was the expected quality and in Michael Kors packaging. The purse is roomy and very handy. It comfortably fits my laptop, personal items and still has room for kids stuff. For work trips, I replace the kids items with files folders, etc. The purse is very versatile. It is quite large, but that is what I like about it.

I purchased this tote to act like a briefcase for business travel. It worked perfectly holding a tablet, yellow pad, and five file folders along with a pashmina for the cold airplane and all my typical purse items. It would not hold my laptop, but I have an older large laptop. I love that it zips so everything stays inside to lay it down under the seat for take off and landing. It is a little too tall to put under the seat standing up.

My list of needs when shopping for a bag was space for a few purse items (including sunglasses), thermos, iPad, file folder, shoes (for when I carry them to work and change there) and whatever specifics are seasonally appropriate (umbrella or shawl for AC or earmuffs or gloves.) This bag does it all this still has room for a computer (not on my priority list but obviously useful.). The deciding factor for me was that the central partition divides the bag into two independent areas. I was initially concerned that there was not an outside pocket for my phone but it has not been a problem. There is a pocket on the inside near the front of the zipper so I have quick grab access to it. When fully loaded it is rather heavy but and more the fault of the load than the bag. I had feared that the straps would dig in but they are not bad considering how narrow they are. The color is a matter of personal preference, of course, but I am very happy with the dusty rose. It is neutral enough to go with almost anything but still has a bit of color. Finally, I thank the reviewer who mentioned that an added bonus is that it look "right" both when zipped and unzipped. I had not considered that as a feature but I love it.

I've only had this bag for about a week, but I'm already in love with it. I was looking for a large-ish tote that I could use as an everyday bag, but also for work to put a few files and a laptop in if needed. I also wanted enough pockets for organization, not a large cavernous opening to just throw everything in. This bag fits my needs perfectly. Love the key fob. My 13" Macbook Air fits in the center zipper compartment. I couldn't decide between a zip top bag and an open top, but this bag is both, basically. When it's unzipped, the little flaps fold down against the sides so they aren't in the way, so you can leave it open (which I do most of the time, but I like to be able to zip it too, especially for travel). I bought the dark khaki color, which looks like a camel color online but looks a little darker in person. I don't mind that though, it looks great. Love the saffiano leather which seems more durable (won't show scratches). The straps are on the thin side, but seem durable to me (time will tell). I was looking at some Kate Spade totes but I really prefer this style with the three main compartments for organization--much easier to find things.

This bad looks great, however, it is very heavy. I was having a hard time finding a luxury brand tote with a zip center for a laptop and also a zip closure for the whole bag. This was one of the only bags I found. I ordered both this bag and the Tumi Voyager bag which are considerably different. The weight difference is HUGE. Otherwise it is a great bag.

Great bag! Use it for work. Holds my laptop, shoes, and some files. Good amount of interior space. The zippered compartment is only lightly padded (very thin) so I put my laptop in a padded case before putting it in the bag. The top zip is good but doesn't zip all the way on either side which is the drawback to the bag. Classic style. Material won't scratch easily. I'm 5'3" and small and the bag is the right size for me without looking overwhelming for a petite person.

Easy fast videos are very helpful had a little slip up with my gift card but the customer service person was beyond helpful!
