The quality of these boots is horrible as well as customer service. I have only worn my boots twice because they SQUEAK very loud when I walk. I tried removing the insoles and they STILL SQUEAK. I contacted customer service at TAOS and they don't seem to care.

I was so excited to get these boots. Unfortunately, they are very narrow and fit a size smaller than they are listed for my size. I wear a size 12 so I ordered a 43… no chance of a bigger size. They are so tight there’s no hope of them breaking in without hurting myself. So bummed.

I, unfortunately, wear a larger size (12). The sizing on the shoe claimed it was US size 12 - 12.5, but it was way too small. My wife (a size 10) tried them on and said they fit her very well. The upper sizing is obviously far off.

When I opened the box I was in love....until I put them on. In no world is the 43 anywhere close to a women's size 12. It was at least a full size smaller than a 12. I was worried this might be the case but thought I'd give them a shot since it said the 43 was equivalent to a 12-12.5. So very disappointed because they are absolutely beautiful. Bummed

I consistently wear a size 11 shoe. I looked at the size chart and it said that a size 42 corresponded to 11-11.5. I ordered that size and they were way, way too small. So I ordered size 43 (corresponding to 12-12.5) and they are also way too small. I'm so sad!!! This bootie looks absolutely perfect. I'll never know if it wears as good as it looks. But there are lots of us out here with big feet. Why not make a size that fits us???

No fault of Zappos but I expect when I pay $200 for shoes they are of a good quality. I purchased the red color and out of the box on boot had a pink tinge to the midfoot. There's a toe cap of a deep maroon/red and the top suede fabric mimics the deep tone and is awesome. They are truely a great looking boot so I was thinking one shoe was defective and put them on to see the fit. The fit and comfort were very good. I wear 8.5 in boots to allow for socks and these were a good width and cushioned. I wore them around on the carpeting to see how noticeable the color difference was. I really wanted to keep them. After wearing in the bedroom a short time both boots started to show creasing and cracking of the red color on the top where the boot flexes. Didn't take long for these gorgeous boots to look old and damaged. Game changer - they are going back. what a shame.

These are very nice. The leather is rather stiff at first but they break in with a few wears. Very stylish with a great color.

I like the boots a lot but the price point was a too high, so I needed to send it back. I needed to wait for them to go on sale!

The boot fit and it's super supportive and comfortable. It's got a nice tread so I can wear them outdoors in the winter for shopping as well as inside with leggings or tights and dress. Just what I wanted!

These are beautifully made and so comfortable to step into! If you have a larger sneaker size than show size, consider using the larger size when ordering. These were too small for me in my regular show size.

Beautiful well made leather boots. Rich green color, nice stitching, and also very comfortable. Highly recommend. Zappos also shipped super fast!

Perfect in every way. Ca wear them tight or loose, thick or thin socks, warm supportive, comfortable.

These are beautiful boots, but they run small AND narrow. I really really wanted them to work, but even the wide width was tight.

I absolutely love these crave boots. I now have five pairs. The color is a dark green. I was able to wear them right away with no break in period needed. Size 41 medium fit was spot on. Added bonus- shoes arrived in two days.

Gorgeous boots, sad to return, the size is more Euro perfect, not American sizing. Someone will be lucky to get my return-- they are worth the investment!

This is my second pair of Taos Crave boots. They fit like a dream, right out of the box. There is zero break in period needed; you can walk all day with these, day after day. I've had my first pair for over 4 years, and they still look brand new.

The style of the boot is perfect ankle length pants and dresses with tights. The leather is soft. Like any boot will take some wearing in, but the first time wearing was more comfortable than I expected. Boots are comfortable. Good for short errand runs, outings, but I wouldn’t walk all day in them. Not as cushy as my Hoka’s, but they are boots after all!. Arch support not great, ok, but not great. There is a padded insole, in my opinion could be cushier. I did get the wide. Have bunions and need a wider toe box. The regular width would not work for me.

This is a great boot. I love Taos for the fit and quality, but the heel is too high for me. If it had been a low heel, I would have kept them.

I love these boots. I have 3 pairs and am considering buying another color.

These boots are quality. I bought them in red and teal. I loved them so much I bought the taller ones in black. Highly recommend.
