Too small (short). As it was the biggest size they carried, I can't even size up. When will shoemakers realize there are lots of tall women with longer feet? Otherwise, felt like they would have been very comfortable to walk in even with the heel, and warm.

I am so sad that these beautiful boots were way smaller then what they are marked. I will have to return them.

Love the boots except they are a full size short. I ordered the 43 (12-12 1/2) and they are the exact same size the old Clarks Un-looped shoes I have in size 11 Narrow but still not gotten rid of yet. I judged these not only by my foot but I have pulled the insole of each to compare. The toe box is also a little narrow. Due to age my high arches have come down so I have had to move up to size 12 Narrow and have only Clarks to compare to so I can tell you these are no way a size 12. If they could make the boots the actual size they should be I would probably buy at least 4 pair. The leather is nice, insole is comfortable, but arch could be a little higher for me, and love the style just wish they would have fit. Sorry I have to return them. I have sent a note to Taos regarding the size and hope other ladies will so maybe they would correct their sizing.

I'm a size 9 with a need for a roomy toe box. I ordered up to size 40, but still WAY too small - felt like I was forcing my feet into size 8.5 shoes. Bogles my mind why Taos doesn't fix this obvious problem. Ordered the Golden Tan color and didn't like the darkened toe box on the leather treatment - made the boots look cheap.

these run SOOO small. I wear a size 10.5-11 so i ordered the 42 which the size guide says is between an 11-11.5. So bummed, the boots seem like really good quality with soft leather.

These boots run small. I normally wear an 11, and the largest size, 43, is too short in length. This is supposed to be the equivalent of size 12. This boggles my mind. Had to return them.

I really wish they would have worked. Way too small. I’m a size 11 and ordered the 42, but they are too tight. They also do not come in a bigger size. So sad. I also wish it had more arch support.

I LOVE LOVE my first pair of the Crave. From the moment of received them, in love. The most comfortable shoe I've owned in my long life. However, this year I purchased the new blue color (not the teal). They are not the same. Very stiff, not as soft and run slightly smaller. I must return them, I won't fit in the larger size either, as I mentioned they're *slightly* smaller. They don't feel like they're going to give. I hate to say this, but IMO they appear cheaper. So disappointed!

I always wear a size 11 and these were DEFINITELY way too small. If they came in a size 12 (or 43) - I'd be ordering them. They seemed comfortable even though they were clearly way too small which I why I couldn't give a higher rating.

8.5 wide is my typical size - I ordered the 39W and they fit nicely. I just can't understand the stacked look heel. For $250 I expect a more substantial heel - is it the part of the shoe that works the hardest. I just don't understand. So - I do love the boot, the fit, the style - but the heel is a hard no.

Not at all attractive. Leather very so-so in quality.

These are gorgeous boots. The color is amazing. The fit however, is not. I ended up sizing down hoping for a better fit but the heel was still too loose. There is a also a strap across the back of the boot right above the heel which makes a hard spot right where you wouldn’t want rubbing to happen.

I love these boots but had to send them back twice due to sizing. I wear a 10 or 11. Ordered an 11 the first time and they were too short. Sent them back and got a 12. They were also too short! In fact they felt the same as the 11s but they did say 12 on the boot. Was wishing I still had the 11s to compare them sole to sole. Very disappointed as they are great looking boots. Also not pleased with how much time I wasted on this attempted purchase.

As soon as I put them on I knew they were the wrong size I tried them on in a store before purchasing and instead of receiving the equivalent of a size 12 I received the equivalent of an 11 Love the style but they definitely run small

These boots are SOOOOOOO cute. But, I had to return them. They were way to small. So sad. (I wear a size 11 so there is no size up. Even the 43s were too small, and that has never happened to me before.)

I wanted to love these boots, but they feel terrible walking in them. The left boot is either missing its shank or it's misshapen. The heel digs into my arch when standing and walking. The right shoe seems fine. I've never had this problem before with a shoe.

They were beautiful, They were comfortable and absolutely LOVED the color. However, all it took for My christmas present that I wore on Christmas Day to be ruined was one accidental step on my foot from my 6 year old grandson.. C’mon, I have other boots that are far more durable.

Really weird footbed shape that made it very uncomfortable to walk in these boots. There is a noticeable lift towards the outside of the foot - like arch support but on the wrong side of the foot. It made me feel like I was walking on the outsides of my feet instead of flat and hurt a little when walking around the house. Not sure what sort of foot shape these are meant to work for as I've never run into this issue with any other shoe. Returning.

The quality of these boots is horrible as well as customer service. I have only worn my boots twice because they SQUEAK very loud when I walk. I tried removing the insoles and they STILL SQUEAK. I contacted customer service at TAOS and they don't seem to care.

I was so excited to get these boots. Unfortunately, they are very narrow and fit a size smaller than they are listed for my size. I wear a size 12 so I ordered a 43… no chance of a bigger size. They are so tight there’s no hope of them breaking in without hurting myself. So bummed.

I, unfortunately, wear a larger size (12). The sizing on the shoe claimed it was US size 12 - 12.5, but it was way too small. My wife (a size 10) tried them on and said they fit her very well. The upper sizing is obviously far off.

When I opened the box I was in love....until I put them on. In no world is the 43 anywhere close to a women's size 12. It was at least a full size smaller than a 12. I was worried this might be the case but thought I'd give them a shot since it said the 43 was equivalent to a 12-12.5. So very disappointed because they are absolutely beautiful. Bummed

I consistently wear a size 11 shoe. I looked at the size chart and it said that a size 42 corresponded to 11-11.5. I ordered that size and they were way, way too small. So I ordered size 43 (corresponding to 12-12.5) and they are also way too small. I'm so sad!!! This bootie looks absolutely perfect. I'll never know if it wears as good as it looks. But there are lots of us out here with big feet. Why not make a size that fits us???
