The insole in one of the shoes was a completely different size. i.e. too short for the shoe

I am consistently a 9 Wide and ordered these along with several other styles of the same size in my quest for shoes to wear to teach pre-K. The cushioning underfoot in these feels nice but is not wide enough in the forefoot. The edges of both my feet were overhanging the insole on both sides. The toggle to adjust fit is a nice idea, but I felt these shoes were about a half size short anyway, so I had no need for or room to tighten them. The instep was high enough to accommodate my high arches and insteps, which is rare in a non-lacing shoe. The outsole was slipperier than the other brands I tried, so it is quiet, but if you need non-slip shoes these are not for you.

I was disappointed when these arrived. I had ordered the black, but when they came it was more like Navy. I am pretty sure they were the wrong item because they even had stripes inside! They also ran big. I returned them.

These are a cute classic look. I wanted to love them but the shape near the ball of the foot was off. When I walked forward it was like the outside of my foot was walking off the sole of the shoe. Maybe a wide would work, not sure it I'll reorder to try them or not.

These shoes were basically comfortable. The bed of the shoe was flat - no rise in the arch. The toe box was a bit wide and actually puckered when I bent my toes. Sent them back.

This was a nice shoe but lacked the support I was looking for. I unfortunately had to return this purchase.

Nice style. Had to return, though. There is no elastic to accommodate different instep heights.

This shoe looks comfortable, but the inside of it feels weird/uncomfortable. Even Though this shoe feels true to width in general, my feet felt like they drooping over the insole edge and "spilling out" of the insole into the leather. I.E. the insole is very narrow and your foot does not all fit into the internal insole, hitting the edge of it. They are also super flat and have no arch support whatsoever. I gave 3 stars instead of 1 becuase the leather is nice and it is lined with soft fabric inside. Perfect for Fall/Spring/transitional seasons.

i ordered this and another pair, knowing i wanted to keep one or the other. this was not the pair i chose to keep. it seems like an okay shoe, but i liked the toe style of the other one i ordered and this one was just not as comfortable. the arch support does not seem good, at all. i am sure the shoe works fine for others, just was not my favorite.

I've been wearing these shoes for a couple of months now. They are pretty comfortable in most ways. The right shoe is somewhat big, and the adjusting cord on the right shoe will not stay in place to keep it on well. No arch support in these. Also, the bottoms of these shoes is so slick! I slip around on the kitchen floor, hardwood floors, and when going up and down stairs to the basement. It is a bit scary. I would not order these again.

I want to love these. Very comfortable overall but no arch support. I am looking for a shoe I can wear to work, or for a casual walk around town. I have foot pain, especially in the arches, and a wide foot. I so want to love these but with no arch support, it's pointless.

This is a nice looking shoe but very narrow. I ordered a wide and it was not what I would consider wide. The box says "wide fit" but I found that it felt narrow.

Cute shoes but way too long. Almost an inch.

These seemed to be made well but had no arch support and the inside fabric was fuzzy, almost like a fake fur. I'm sure it would be too warm for me. I returned them.
