These shoes were very comfortable and just what I'd been looking for, but I am very disappointed in the quality. After only wearing them for 15 days, the leather on the toe of the shoe started peeling/scuffed off. This makes them seem too unprofessional to wear anymore. This was very surprising as typically Clarks has very high quality shoes.

These shoes are very dressy. I bought them to wear with slacks, but will also wear them with dresses. I did have to break them in as the top of my right foot was a little irritated by the edge of the shoe. I have a high arch, but didn't have to use arch inserts. I also have a wider front foot and a narrow heel, but the shoes work. They are very comfortable and I would recommend them.

These were beautiful shoes, and while the width was OK (I wear 9 and 1/2 EE,) the toe box was too constrictive for the thickness of my foot. I need a similar "dressy" looking shoe for work, and as I keep having the same problem when ordering, I would like some advice. Is there a similar shoe with a higher toe box to accommodate "fat wide" or thick wide feet? Clarks usually works, but did not in this case. I wonder if any similar pump in Trotters, Soft Style, or Walking Cradles would have a roomier toe box? I do love you free shipping and return policy, which I continue to have to use. I always read the reviews to try to find the right fit before ordering. If you have any ideas, let me know.

These reviews are real! This heel is amazing. Not too high and not too low or old lady looking. For reference I am 35 with two you young kids and wear these to my part time job and out for date nights. I agree in that these heels are a bit conservative but with trousers or slacks, you can not tell and they have a bit of flirtiness to them. I wear a 7 or 7.5. Ordered the 7 and like the other reviews said the heels slipped. Exchanged for a 6.5 and it is almost perfect. Being real leather, they will mold to my foot. The leather is very soft and professional looking yet a bit flirty too. Well worth the money. No breaking in time either.

Loved the shoe but it is too wide in the heel. That is a common problem for me.

I ordered 7W as that is my usual size. Upon receipt, I was impressed by loveliness of this shoe. Width is good but there is large gap between my heel and shoe (think Minnie Mouse). Have re-ordered in 6.5W and am keeping my fingers crossed that the fit will be perfect.

Comfortable stylish shoe..lots of toe room. The 8.5 was a little long so I will send back and try the 8 M.

Very comfortable. I have wide toes and a narrow heel and the 8M provided enough room for my toes. Interestingly, the right shoe fit perfectly whereas the left shoe felt bigger and was slipping. I normally don't have that problem with other shoes. I may order another pair to see if it fits better.

As other reviewers noted these are reliably comfortable Clarks. They do slip a bit but I am used to wearing Mary Jane-style shoes so it could just be me. Also they dig in a bit on the top of my foot after walking for a bit but I'm hoping they will smooth out over time. They look great with slacks and are rather practical looking, but if you want function over form these are the shoes!

I used to live in sneakers because I valued comfort over style, but then I found Clark shoes. I now own three different pairs, they are comfortable. This shoe is cute but sizing was a bit more of a challenge than my other shoes, I had to buy a half size smaller and my heel slipped on my left (my left foot is slightly smaller than my right). I fixed the heel slipping by simply placing a cork pad for sizing at the ball of the foot under the padded removable sole. I really like these shoes and would recommend them but just be aware of sizing concerns.

Very stylish, nice heel height and comfortable. Had previously ordered my normal 7M, but it kept slipping off my foot despite adding in heel grips and extra padding. The 7N is perfect.

As "comfort shoes" go, I find these to be one of my favorites. They work with dresses as well as legging, trousers or jeans, making them a top candidate for my business travel. They're comfortable whether I'm on my feet all day or rushing in the airport to catch a flight. I bring only one pair of shoes for 1-2 night business trips and this pair is often the one I select. Certainly not as sleek as a classy pair of heels, but feminine enough to work as an excellent compromise.

Quite simply the most comfortable pump I've ever worn. Not only is this shoe stylish with just the right amount of lift, but it feels like a cloud. The fit is amazing--no gaps in the shoe as I walk, and no heel slippage as in some pumps I've tried. The toe box has enough room to be comfortable, which is challenging nowadays with all the pointy toed shoes out there. I like the buckle effect over the toe box area, as it gives the shoe a fun look without being stuffy-looking. The wide heel is very stabilizing without looking clunky like some chunky shoes. Overall a great shoe, nice lines, very comfortable. Highly recommended!

I was a bit hesitant about size after reading some of the other reviews, but ordered my usual size 7 in medium width, and they're just right. I've been looking for a shoe in just this style for some time now, and was so pleased to find exactly what I wanted. Also, shipping was free and super fast!

Love these shoes! Clarks are always a bit iffy for me. Sort of hit & miss. But these are a home run! They feel like they were individually made for my feet! Score!! Solid 7.5 medium.

These are great shoes when you need something that will work with pants and skirts. Comfortable with a simple style. I find myself wearing them often - rapidly becoming my go-to shoes :-)

Very comfy shoe... purchased another style of Clarks in an 11 and they fit perfect. These seem a smidge longer - but will make them work due to the comfort.

Very comfortable and perfect for work. I'm on my feet and do a lot of waking for work. There was no breaking in period for these and they go really nice with slacks. They are slightly tight in the toes but not too much to be uncomfortable just noticeable. I'm really happy with this purchase.

This shoe is comfortable and stylish. Wide enough in the toe box. Great cushioning when you walk. I ordered another pair in a different color.

Super comfy and cute! Got tons of compliments on them. I didn't even need to break them in. Felt like I was walking on pillows.

It took some trying to get the size and width right, but the medium width turned out to be plenty for me (I sometimes need athletic shoes in a wide width) and the 9 ½, my usual size is actually a bit big. However, trying a half size smaller in the size 9, I found it seemed a little too snug in the toes. By contrast, when I tried on the 9 ½, they immediately felt comfortable and perfect for a long day of wedding events. They are too big in the heel, but I plan to add heel pads to help that. (Even in the size 9, the heel for my right foot was just a little too roomy). To me, it's important to have comfortable, yet attractive shoes. These shoes are both.

Wanted to keep this shoe, but an odd fit since the toe area is tight. Went to a wide size and toe felt better, but then heel slipped when walking. This shoe fits best those with small narrow toes.

I love this shoe. I wore it for 9 hours the day after it arrived, with a tiny bit of tired feet. The next time I wore it, no issues at all -it had molded to my feet. Love this shoe!
