Like other reviewers, I was disappointed with the way the leather started to peel shortly after I purchased them. It was almost as if they were leather veneer. Too bad because the style was the right mix of comfort, and feminine style.

I'm sure this is a very fine shoe for those who are the right fit. Unfortunately, it's most often not the shoe but my foot. I have a wide foot and a very narrow heel as well as a bunion. These shoes slipped off my heel, and that was very uncomfortable. Oh how I long for the feet I had when I was young! As the saying goes " you don't know what you have until it's gone ". Unfortunately feet seem to change as we age.

I really liked the look and feel of this shoe. I have a hard time finding shoes and do not like shopping, so once I find a shoe I like, I stick with them for a long time. These shoes looked worn out after only a few months. I was very disappointed!

Comfortable but heavy, unattractive shoes. Suede looks scuffed when barely touched. A little narrower than expected. Returned them.

I was looking for a shoe I could pair with either pants or a skirt, but they come up too high on the instep for me to like the way they look with a skirt. These look a little matronly to me in person.

Clarks are comfortable and clunky! You could definitely wear these comfortably all day but they make my feet look like Olive Oil (for those of you old enough to remember Pop Eye). I don't know that I will ever be old enough to wear grandma shoes like these.

This shoe is attractive and fit my foot reasonably well, but the vamp came up a little too far on the top of the foot for my preference. I also realized that the soft finish of the leather is the same as another Clarks pair I ordered two years ago, that I could no longer wear after two or three days because the heels rubbed so badly against the floor mat in my car that they became totally unsightly. Will therefore return in favor of another shoe that suits me better in regard to appearance and durability.

These are great looking shoe. They are very sharp. I have somewhat of a high instep so the arch support in these shoes does not work for me. I have to return them.

Zappos sent the wrong size. Make sure when you try on the shoe that you are trying on the size you thought you ordered.

Pretty shoe, but too wide in the heel. There is also a ridge running across the shoe just at the transition between the heel and the instep that hurts my feet. Even with my orthotic insoles in place I can still feel it. Not a wearable shoe for my feet. And frankly, I can't picture how it would work for anyone's foot. I'd love to keep it, since it's so attractive, but it just isn't the shoe I need.

The only disappointment I have with it, is the shoos fended out after 6 weeks. This is my second pair. This is the only reason I rated a 2 stars instead of 5. They are to expensive and a good brand to fed so fast ..

I ordered this almost exact shoe in 2015 (Rosalyn Nicole) and was so pleased with it that I ordered the closest thing Clarks is still making to that style. Fit and comfort are amazing, but unfortunately the 2018 version was so poorly made that the heel disintegrated and the leather is already cracked, worn, and fading. It's such a shame that the same quality wasn't maintained. I have already retired my 2018 Clarks and have gone back to wearing my 2015 Clarks :(

Not even one year old and already beginning to wear. Very disappointed. In addition, not very comfortable.

Very poor quality shoe. I bought a replacement pair in February. After wearing approx 6 times, the leather on the heel started peeling off in strips. Zappos had excellent customer service and sent me a replacement pair. Upon taking one of the shoes out of the box, I heard a sound like a marble rolling on wood floor. There is something inside the chunky heel that loudly rolls around every time you take a step. It is so loud these shoes are unwearable! Overall, I feel like the quality of Clarks has declined greatly over the past two years. These shoes were, sadly, a total waste of money.

Purchased in Nov 2016 and 3 months later the material on the toes is peeling off. I've paid less than $110 for other shoes that didn't disintegrate so quickly. Comfortable as all Clarks are, but I'm shocked at the shoddy quality.
