Squishy and comfortable on the inside. Feet tend to slide forward after a bit, due to soft padding inside. My feet stayed warm in 10" of snow for a good two hours; eventually my toes got cold, but I think if I tied the laces tighter I would stay warmer.

I ordered a men's 7 which usually fits a bit on the larger size, so i was surprised to find that they were a bit small. But had they been thecright size they were extremely comfortable.
