I bought the tweed wool and they were comfortable right out of the box. Wore them all day to work with no blisters. Fit true to size. Moderate arch support.

I love my new shoes. They are comfortable. I can ware them all day long.

I purchased a wide and I didn't have the problem of my heel slipping out. Wide enough but not boat-like. So comfortable I am going to buy it in another color. Looks great with skirts, dress pants, jeans.

This shoe "fits like a glove!" Ideally I am wear an 11.5. But really, how many shoes come in that size? So most times, I need to order 12. And invariably, the right shoe runs larger than left and I struggle with a bad fit and a funny gait! These shoes are a treat to wear - the fit is perfect. And yes, many people have complimented me on the size - great with both jeans and dress pants.

These are the perfect shoes!! Classy, Stylish and Comfortable. I purchased them for a trip where I knew I would be doing a lot of walking. They did not disappoint.

This shoe was comfortable as soon as I put it on my foot. I choose it because I needed a closed toed shoe to wear with slacks. I am expecting it to handle a lot of sight seeing walks on an upcoming trip. The test run went perfectly. Getting a shoe to fit with a narrow width is difficult. These shoes seems to fit me to a tee. It's a traditional look that will carry me through many seasons.

LUV! These were a replacement for a pair just like it that I wore out by wearing them 3-5 days a week for several years. COMFORTABLE, looks great with pants (probably skirts, too, if you have the legs for flats w/skirt). LUV!!The WW fits my boat feet perfectly.

Most comfortable loafer that I have worn in a long time!! I have bad feet and these felt great on the first day I wore them!

I really like this shoe. I ordered two pairs and the only problem was the shoe is not as narrow as I would like. Shoes were slipping of my feet. I called Zappos and was prepared to return two pairs of very nice shoes. However, I inserted a PROFOOT gel insert and the shoe became a perfect fit. I have the black leather and burgundy patent. They can be worn as casual with jeans, upbeat casual with dress slacks, and skirts. Thank you Zappos because it is hard to find narrow shoes in size 11. Also, you have great customer service and your return and shipping policy is awesome.

Love these shoes and they are very comfortable! I have extremely narrow feet and ordered the 2A. Right out of the box the width was perfect, however, after wearing them all day the width stretched some. Not sure they were available in a slim (4 A) but if so, I believe it would have been a better fit. Still highly recommend them, though!

Great, simple, supportive shoe. Can be worn right out of the box but still feels durable. I liked this design slightly more than the Clarks Timeless model because it didn't have contrasting stitching. Leather is also a little thicker in my opinion--really just a little--but still super comfortable.

These shoes are comfortable very classy looking. Zappos is a wonderful company to deal with. Fast shipping and fantastic return policy.

These shoes are for my mother. Although the shoes were beautiful and comfortable, my mother thought they were a tad loose. An extra pair of thin foot pads fit the space. That was great since I thought the next size down would be too tight in the afternoon. I am looking through the Clarks listing @ Zappos because I was so impressed with the cushion in the Luca style.

I loved these but my size wasn't available. I think these are so cute and the fit is very comfortable. Please bring more in with additional sizes!!

This is the 2nd pair of this style have ordered. They are very comfortable, & finding narrows is nearly impossible. I love Clarks & if I find a style I like usually buy multiple colors.

True to size but a little tight in the toe box. otherwise they were very comfortable.

The only problem I had was the toe area was too narrow. Otherwise it would have been a great shoe.

These shoes fit great and were comfortable but I returned them because they looked a little old-fashioned on my feet. The toe points upward slightly and I think that made it look a little too granny-like. I'm 59 years old. FYI, I ordered my usual size 6.5M and my feet are average width in the toe box with a small bunion on one foot and slightly narrow in the arch and heel. I don't require orthotic inserts in my shoes but I won't buy uncomfortable shoes with no padding. A significant number of brands (especially the European or Australian ones with different size numbers) typically are too wide and/or big when I order my usual size and I often need to put small shoe pads in my American brand shoes in the heel and arch area. These had ample room, the leather was nice, and they were flexible.

this will be a great work/office/everyday shoe. The first time our I work it all day without changing as I usually need to do with a new pair. very basic--and thats a good thing.

I like the style and the shoe felt true to size, but it was much more narrow than I expected in toes. There was also some transference of color from the shoes to my toenails when I wore them a bit, but maybe that’s just from the black shoe or because it fits me too tight in the toes.
