I had another pair of Oboz and had them 1/2 size larger than what I normally would buy, so did the same for these. Worked out well - very comfortable and broke them in easily.

This is my 2nd pair of Oboz Bridger shoes. The first pair were high cut style which I wear every winter day and for summer hikes. They are exceptionally well made , fit perfectly and are in excellent shape after hard use for over a year. Not even a worn shoe lace! I enjoy the stiff soul of the Bridger shoe. Far less foot fatigue than softer souled hiking shoes. An excellent U.S. based business.

love these - i sized up to a 13 from my shoe size of 12 as i always do for hikers. these are great!

Last year I ordered a couple of pairs of these shoes from LL Bean but unfortunately one pair had a build flaw and the replacement pair had a leather issue. I absolutely loved the shoes, they fit me like the proverbial glove, but I didn't want to continue buying and returning on a loop. I'm really glad that I decided to try my luck once again during a recent sale that Bean was promoting. Finally, I received a pair that was just right. These shoes have great arch support, excellent lugs for various terrain and for me, thus far, have proven very stable on the trails and gravel roads around my area. Nice looking, supportive and durable, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great all around hiking shoe.

I bought this pair of shoes for everyday walking and light hiking. When I wear the pair for the first time, I felt the top was a little stiff. But after I walked around inside the house for 30 minutes, it became so comfortable that I didn't want to take them off. I had been wearing Keen shoes and while they are also very good, now my favorite pair is this Oboz.

First of all these shoes fit great and can be worn all day right out of the box...also they can take a beating..I actually use them for work...being on my feet all day and walk somewhere around 23,000 steps a day my feet take a beating...but these shoes can handle it. Im very happy with these shoes and I should know I'm sort of a shoe horse when it comes to low hikers...Ive tried them all and these outperform them all..

I purchased these shoes for a trip to Ireland. They were comfortable right out of the box. They are rugged enough to handle wet trails, but they are simple enough to wear with khakis and dress pants in the office for an Upstate NY winter.

Got these to replace some old Merrels. Glad I did. This is a comfortable sturdy shoe/boot and I highly recommend them. They are sturdy and waterproof and are good looking. Thanks LL Bean.

Realized I needed a new hiking shoe before a big trip to Banff and Glacier National Park. Read other comments about this shoe, liked the look and made the order! They immediately fit like a glove. Super comfortable and light weight. There was no time needed to acclimate to the shoes. I was hike ready the minute I put the shoes on! I live in NYC and have enjoyed the shoes on long city walks as well. Oboz get an A+.

My husband tried it for 50 minutes walk in the trial near our home. it is light and comfortable , did not feel it is a pair of new shoes. no break in time needed. He does not have many occasions to wear it. only tried once in a dry day but we like it. do not know the waterproof function. It is well made.and very sturdy.

So far so good. I'm not a hiker so I bought these for work shoes and they are working out very well.

I bought these to replace a pair of Merrell that I have had for years. I have taken a few short hikes with these and they are a great so far. They are lighter and more comfortable than my Merrells and they hold up well in the water. My feet have stayed completely dry even though early spring hiking here in the Northeast usually means deeper streams and muddier trails. These are also less "clunky" looking than the Merrells and look fine as casual shoes on the weekend. So far very satisfied and worth the money.

I love these shoes. They feel great and have a look excellent. The brand is not one very popular around sport store in North Dakota, but I will recommend them to all my friends. They have a great grip in the snow and comfortable to use indoors.

I bought these shoes days before I went to NYC. I had not yet wore them out anywhere. I logged miles all over from 81st St.,Central Park West, to the lower east side and back to Central Park. I have never owned a pair of shoes that were that comfortable right out of the box. I would recommend these to friends and family alike.

I have been an Oboz faithful for a while and appreciate the support and durability that these shoes provide. I like the style of the shoe for both the rugged look for outdoorsy life and urban wear. I recommend these and the wide offering brings a little more space in the toe box.

I really wish you would have kept the nice wide round toe box you use to have.

I like the boot. . I have purchased at least 8 pair of OBOZ footwear over the past 4 - 5 years, and will continue to do so.

Fit true to size and are comfortable. Will wear them in the spring when Landscaping resumes in the spring
