Does not feel comfortable like previous Fitflops I have purchased. Must return - sorry because I love the way these look.

Fitflop has changed their footbed from the hard footbed to a flimsy soft footbed. Unfortunately I have to send these back. Fitflop, please go back to the old sandals!!!

Wanted to love these. Style was cute. I have been a huge supporter of Vionic as their shoes (as well as Dansko clogs) have provided welcome relief for my plantar fasciitis. That being said, I have felt that their styles/options have been lacking so I checked these out. While these do offer some moderate arch support, if you NEED Vionic-style arch support, you will not find it here. I'll continue to wear the shoes sparingly but they aren't nearly as comfortable as my Vionic.

Just too glittery for me. Want a more subdued look.

I have purchased many shoes by FitFlop and they fit perfect. I would not hesitate to buy again. However, this particular pair was in silver and it was just a little too bright for me. Beautifully made and comfortable from day one.

The wide strap is very loose and sloppy. They’re cute but will return them.

I love the look of these shoes. However, the straps are so incredibly big....not just slightly but ridiculously big. It was impossible to tell anything else about the fit of the shoe because of the straps being so oversized. Seems like a defect. Too bad!

I already owned a pair of this same style and ordered another pair because I love FIT FLOPS. I am sad to report that the footbed is NOT the same! It is more narrow and I ordered up a size (10), thinking it would fit. I have now ordered, and returned, three different styles of Fit Flops looking for the comfy fit I have loved for years. I have read other reviews stating the same about the foot bed. I wear a 9-91/2 M shoe and these are too narrow and not as comfortable as my old pair. What a Bummer.

I've been buying FitFLops for some years. Some earlier styles fit me perfectly but some , like NOVY nude is not true to size. At least for me. It is narrow in front and smaller than earlier size 7 in other models like Electra or Walkstar. I am disappointed but keeping it, hoping that it will fit better after a while. Mostly I am going to drop FitFLops for future use, size 8 is too large and 7 small and uncomfortable.

Several years ago, FitFlop changed its sole from something soft and comfy to a harder bottom. Way too hard for me! And they changed the toe bar that kept my foot in place to a comma-shape that does nothing. Too bad - I loved my old Rokkits but they are disintegrating and the new shoes just don't work for me.

What happened to FitFlops??? This used to be my go-to sandal for the great heel and arch support. The latter has disappeared! Very disappointing!!!

I have been wearing Fitflop sandals since they first came out. Had several pair. They were so comfortable, wore them everywhere. Sadly, over the last few years, they changed the support and width. I was hoping these would replace my worn out black Fitflops. I had to send back as they were narrower, uncomfortable and no support.

These felt much larger and wider than the regular LuLu style I purchased at the same time. The vamp is high and wide. Material was scratching and irritating to the top of my foot.

I bought a pair of FitFlops many years ago when I first found out about them. I had a pair of black ones similar to these. They fit perfectly, and I loved them. They are falling apart, but I have worn them a lot. I have the strap duck taped. Then I found out that Fit Flops are still made, and I found a pair that I thought would work to replace mine. Well was I wrong. The difference between the original width and the width of the ones I bought is unbelievable. My pinky toe hangs over the edge now even though the size I ordered was identical to the old size. I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am. My feet have not changed. The Fit Flop width has changed and not in a good way. I guess I will have to try a different company because FitFlop is no longer perfect.
