Super cute, really wanted to keep these. They were too narrow in the ball of the foot area. The fit is disappointing considering that I ordered them in Wide.

Comfortable right out of the box and cute too. Love the grey!

This is a super-cute boot! It's roomy (even for wide feet) and can accommodate thicker socks. My only mild gripe is that there's virtually no padding in the insole, so I have purchased some cushy socks and will use a gel liner to try to boost the comfort factor.

I love the style of this boot - stylish, casual, a great buckle, wonderful subtle color variations. I found it about 1/4 size larger than true size, and a bit heavy on the foot - it has a hefty sole. I wear arch-support orthotics, and that arch support added to what is in the boot was too much, but I simply removed the insole, which came out easily, and replaced it with a flat insole. Now my orthotics work perfectly. Overall I am very happy with these boots.

Absolutely loved the look of these boots but unfortunately they didn't fit well. Too tight around the ball of my foot and too loose at my heel. Plus the arch didn't work well. I so wanted them to work out because I love the look.

These were super comfy, but very loose in the heel, like a cowboy boot. I was afraid that would eventually rub if I was wearing them any length of time, so I sent them back. However, they did feel like slippers.... Nice and wide, though quiet.

I have wide feet, so I was looking for boots that accommodate my hobbit-like feet. These were incredibly comfortable. Ultimately I didn't keep them because I was looking for a boot that looked a little less stompy, but if I were only shopping for comfort and looking for something both rugged and cute, I'd probably have kept these.

Loved so much about these! Unfortunately the arch "bump" is so severe - it makes them really uncomfortable. Sad to return them.

I love Earth. It is a great brand and my other Earth shoes and boots are super comfortable. Big miss with the insole! The arch is super short in these boots. Do not understand cause the others fit my foot perfectly - but not this pair. They are super cute and super fun. But just not comfortable with the arch not right. Bummer. I will look for something to put inside to fix this.

I have been looking for a lower heel bootie like these for a while so was very glad to find these. I love the buckle detail in the gun metal rather than the usual gold/brass tone that can look so cheesey! As normal delevery from Zappos was really quick! (I hate waiting!) These boots were perfectly comfortable right out of the box! I have worn them A number of times, even with tights and a skirt and they look very chic! I plan on using these as my regular walking shoe on my up coming trip to Ireland if that gives you an idea of the comfort level. The leather upper is very soft and somewhat Thin but is backed by a manmade linner that should help them hold up but that would be my only concern. If they had been made with a better quality leather I would be more confident.

I just received my boots and they don't fit! I'm so disappointed! I ordered a 9.5 D and it's too snug, the wide size in my opinion fits like a medium width. Since these are expensive boots, back they go. Word of caution to Zappos: I love your service but please pay better attention to returns, which is what most likely received. One of the boots was not in its protective bag and just wasn't packed properly. Thank you.

Love the style! I'm usually a 6.5 wide. I ordered the wide and I still can't wear them with thin socks because they're too narrow. I'm wearing them with nylons and they fit a little better. Wish I could wear socks though. Pretty comfy shoe, other than the fact that I wish their wide shoe was actually wide! I can't imagine what they're mediums are like.

Very cute boots with soft leather. Unfortunately even the Wide width is way too narrow so back to Zappos they go.
