I really need a good supportive slipper. In Vionic sandals I take a size 7 because that is where the arch support fits my feet correctly. I wish they made 7W because my toes just barely stay on the sandal. In shoes I take an 8 if the toe box is wide enough. The size 8 of these slippers are wide enough in the toe box but too long for my feet and the heel is too wide. They fit like an 8 1/2W. If Vionic made 1/2 sizes I'd just size down to a 7 1/2. I'm sending these back and my search continues for a slipper with arch support. The Gemma style has dismal lateral support. I twisted my ankle due to no lateral support in them. I hope Vionic reads these reviews because they really need to include 1/2 sizes and wide toe boxes without making the heel sloppy and larger. Please use women's feet as your model and not just make a smaller man's size because the heel always slips due to the increase in the heel width in the very few styles they make in wide widths. I love all my Vionic sandals, and wear them 8 months in the year, but its getting too darned cold to wear them. I've told many of my friends about Vionic sandals and they end up buying and keeping them as well.

Excellent service to get my exchange the next day. I ordered size 9 as I always wear 9. That was too short in these slippers. Size 10 fits perfectly. Thank you. I have been loving them for two months.

Even with the top unsnapped I had a hard time getting my foot into the slipper past the stitching at the ankle. I wanted to wear them with thick socks but I know that wouldn't work, so I'm returning them. I think they'd have given better support than typical soft slippers, and I liked the sturdy outdoor-type sole.

Most comfy slipper boots ever! I typically wear a 8.5 in Vionic, 9 in other shoes. I got these in a 9 and they fit nicely with plenty of room to wiggle my toes. Nice and soft inside without socks, keep my feet warm, and provide the arch support I need.

LOVE these!This is my 2nd pair, I also have the buck colored ones. I wear them most days as boots. Great arch support, comfy and keep my feet warm. I have wide feet and these are fine.

Love these slippers! I just ordered my 2nd pair! They are comfy, warm and support in the Vionic way ....Will keep buying every year for sure!

I have less success with men's slippers because they tend to run wide. For my narrow foot the woman's size 11M for this style fits well. I like these slippers because I can go outside with them on occasion and for limited tasks without worrying they will spoil. Has an excellent arch support. Very comfortable slipper.

Tried them in my regular size of 7, and my toe bumped hard against the front, and the arch didn't match with my foot. Since I want these to work their magic on my feet, that wouldn't do at all. The next size up fits a bit loose, around my foot, as well as front-to-back, but that works for me in a pair of slippers. They're easy enough to slip on, and I have something comfortable for my feet to wear around the house. I can feel the Vionic magic working on my legs and back, just as I'd hoped.

Unlike some boots that really are slippers, these so-called slippers really are boots that can easily be worn indoors. They are fabulously lightweight with a real arch (designed to prevent an inward turn of the foot) and comfortably wide toe box without the scuff and drag of heavier, less fitted furry booties. The Velcro side-opening is easy and not noisy (a pet peeve). They run true to size for me (8M).

I have plantar fasciitis. I am able to fit my custom orthotics in these. I think they are more of a bootie than a slipper. The inside is lined with fluff that is super comfy. I have flexible feet that splay and I think these are still wide.

I absolutely love my new slippers. I am a hard one to please and have been looking for slippers that cover the ankle awhile now. The ones that I had I found years ago, I cannot remember the store, but there were holes in the bottom and I would not give them up for the alternatives I kept seeing. These are perfect for me and if you like your ankles and feet warm major then you will like them, too! I often wander outside with slippers and these are perfect for that. These have solid soles. I only had them a few weeks but they are breaking in nicely. They are a bit stiff at first but only because mine were so worn in and old. They are a tad more than I wanted to spend but I think they are totally worth it. I bought a half size bigger just to be sure they fit well - Velcro makes them adjustable.

This slipper was comfortable from the moment I put it on. I fits like a typical Vionics shoe, with excellent arch support. I have bunions and hammertoes and wear a 9 - 9.5, (size 40). The 9's in this slipper are a good fit. They're nice and warm.

I purchased these boots for something fun for the cold months and I absolutely love them! They are so comfortable but also so trendy. I wear nothing but Vionic shoes because of my collapsed arches. I highly recommend these boots for anyone who needs great support but also wants trendy comfort!

Ordered a half size down based on the reviews and the shoe was half a size too small so I sent them back. I think the shoe fits true to size. They were very comfortable and really good arch support - similar to the Vionic flip flop and other slippers. They didn't look like slippers at all, they were cute and the sole was thick enough to wear while running errands.

I love Vionic. I live in the sandal style in the summer. In Winter, I wear this style of bootie in a different brand and inserted a Vionic insert. But now the best of both! So comfortable and the same great support as their sandals.

I love the color & how they look, I ordered 8 but 7 1/2 would be a better fit also not enough orthic as the other Vionic's I have. I w anted a fun pair of boots. But did not realize when I ordered that they are slippers ugh so very disappointed. I have Vionic slippers already & would not pay that much for slippers. I will be sending these back. They are cute but I wanted boots. Alas.

Good fit. Slight extra width and overall size leaves room for thick socks. Firm sole with lighter version of orthaheel support. No slipping on hardwood floors with these. Lots of room for toe bed. Very pleased!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these slippers! I ordered the mule slippers first, but exchanged them for these bc the mules were too heavy. These slippers are perfect, comfortable for my plantar fasciitis feet, super comfy, and super cute!

Vionics are the only brand of slipper that I will settle for, due to the excellent arch support and comfort they provide. Having worn out all other Vionics styles over the years, I thought I would try this one, particularly going into winter. In the past, a size 9 has been perfect, but this style is huge and wish I had ordered a size down. Instead, I took an insert from the ones that were being recycled which makes them easier to scuff around the house. Will stick with the brand, but will order down a size for the next pair.

These are very toasty booties and will keep your feet warm. The arch support is excellent, but for me it was too much of a good thing. The arch was actually painful for my feet, even though I was wearing heavy socks. I tried two different pair of these, but they just didn't work for me. The plum is a lovely color.

I very much wanted these to work because they have some great features, mainly the arch support. They're very cosy and easy on and off and I like the plum color very much. But this is not a style that Vionic makes in half sizes and I am a half size. The 8 too big. 7 too small. I probably could have made the 7 work but not for this price. I do think they're too expensive. They're 100% polyester. Also I need stability and these are very wide and loose fitting on me, so my ankles, heels and subsequently knees were wobbling all over the place while my toes were constantly gripping. I like Vionic in half sizes. Their 7.5 fits me perfectly. I've kept their slip on sneaker in 7.5, which I really, really like. Another negative for me about these booties is that the heel is not really built up and I can't do flats. But for some people it would probably work nicely. It's essentially a clog with a high wrap cuff. Cute, but not for me this time. Thanks Zappos for your endless patience with me.

I usually have to order a wide but these are plenty wide. I think they run small. I had to go up a size so they feel kind of sloppy without socks.

This slipper runs quite wide.

Arch support feels like a tennis ball cut in half. There is no slope to the arch, just a big bump. One side has a bigger arch bump than the other.
