In recent months, I have had plantar fasciitis. I was all set to go to the doctor when stretching did not work. Instead I bought several pairs of Vionic shoes, this pair on Zappos and they worked like a charm! I have not had heel pain all week! These shoes are cute enough for comfort shoes, and they are very comfortable on my feet. The back of them, however, rubs my heel, so they lost a star. This is a common problem on new shoes, but for this high price, the shoes should feel like slippers. I am keeping them, though, and I'm sure they will break in. Also, note, I have wide feet so for them to feel true to width for me means that they are a little wide.

I am a teacher who is on her feet ALL day, and I reached a point a few years ago where I would come home, put my feet up, and practically be in tears due to the pain in my feet. I refused to purchase comfortable shoes because I always felt like I had to sacrifice style for comfort. Enter Vionic! These shoes are super stylish for a young teacher like myself. I like the hint of sparkle so much that I even wore these to a wedding!

I have bought these exact shoes four times. They are the perfect simple black ballet flat. They have a little sparkle so they aren't basic (but they aren't flashy) and they have excellent arch support, so they are comfortable and you can wear them all day, even when you have a lot of walking to do. I love vionics and these are my favorites! I recommend you size down 1/2 size.

Vionic are my go to shoe due to PF. I have not suffered since I started to wear these shoes so I try most styles when they come out. I love these as a shoe that has a more dressy look. They are very comfortable and I can stand in them all night.

Vionic shoes have become my feet's new best friend! These flats did not disappoint. They have a bit more sparkle than I normally wear but paired with jeans they just add a bit of pizazz to a casual outfit and transition to a dressier outfit but give the needed comfort for long events. The support is great - I was able to wear them right out of the box for a long period of time. I wear a US 10 or EURO 41 - the 10 medium fit perfectly and I have a slight bunion...no need to order the wide because the toe box is rounded just right.

I have had plantar fasciitis in the past. I have no problem now since I only wear vionic shoes. They are such comfortable shoes. These fit true to size and I have a narrow foot. The arch support is incredible for a ballet type shoe. Vionic always has and probably always will have the best fitting and supportive shoes that look like something a young person would specifically choose to wear anyways. I am completely satisfied with these shoes. I'm thinking about even ordering another color! Thanks Zappos for such a broad and wonderful selection of Vionic!

As many other reviewers have noted, I, too had extreme heel pain. After enduring an injection in my heel, I vowed to never again wear shoes that aggravated the condition. Since switching almost exclusively to Vionic, my heel pain has disappeared. I own many pairs, and this is one of my favorites. Extremely comfortable, it really is quite cute, with just enough sparkle to dress up jeans or a nice dress. It is a very versatile shoe. While it does not have as much support as some, I have found it to have a nice amount of arch support, and I can walk all day in these.

Even more beautiful in person and very comfortable. For me, ordering a full size smaller than my normal size would have been best. I only went down a half size.

Love these! It is amazing to have an arch support in a ballet flat that looks so cool. Gives an elegant touch to casual dressing. Runs a full half size large. Order 1/2 size smaller than usual.

I have heel spurs and quickly develop a limp if I wear shoes without the proper support. Since finding out the source of my pain (heel spurs are caused by plantar fasciitis for those that don't already know) vionic shoes have become my go to brand for both style and comfort. So the choice to search for a pair of shoes to wear to my sister's wedding was simple. Vionic's Spark Willow Ballet Flats enabled me to enjoy the whole event - including dancing for two hours! While I usually order a size 9 in other Vionic shoes, I ordered a 9.5 for this pair because some of the reviews said they run small. To be clear for women who have not worn Vionic shoes before, I am usually a size 9.5 for most other brands of shoes. This means that if you have never worn Vionic shoes, this pair will likely be true to size for you, but be forewarned that all Vionic shoes are wider than most other brands and this pair is no different. Usually attractive dress shoes and plantar fasciitis or heel spur friendly shoes don't go hand in hand, but this pair pulls it off quite well. A+ for style and comfort from me! :)

LOVE THESE SHOES! I suffer from severe Plantar Fasciitis and was desparate for shoes that I could wear to work that didn't cause pain. These shoes are cute, professional and go with everything! Most of all they are super comfy! I love all my vionic shoes!

Beautiful shoes, but unfortunately, the left shoe fit too tight; the right one fit perfect. Had already tried size 7 at a local shoe store but were too big, so I ordered size 6 on-line, since the store didn't carry size 6. I was disappointed; I really liked them.

I loved these shoes...great arch support and a super look for dresses or slacks...but the 9 was too short and no larger sizes were to be had...anywhere!

These are adorable! It is the usual great Vionic fit, although feels better with the little pads against the heel to get my particular foot in the right position!

I have trouble with plantar fasciitis and I have custom orthotics; however, most of my shoes will not accommodate the orthotics, especially flats. I bought these shoes because of the built-in support. I have very high arches, so there is really no perfect substitute for my custom orthotics but I am very happy with the Vionic flats. The built-in support is significantly better than nothing, so I can actually wear flats again without killing my heel. I bought them in both black and taupe. I would say the fit is roomy but not too large. I ordered my regular size 7 1/2 and they fit fine but I would not want them any bigger. The shoes are very comfortable, but again I am used to wearing orthotics all the time. They seem to be made very well and look like they will hold up. I did have to insert heel liners to keep them from slipping as I have somewhat narrow heels, but this is typical for most of my shoes. I've already worn them several times and they work great and I have no heel pain.

This is my first pair of Vionics and I plan to buy more! These shoes are very comfortable and surprisingly supportive. First pair of flats I have had with great arch support. I did not find that they run large, they fit me true to size and have not stretched dramatically. Cute, too!

I bought these shoes for a trip to Italy - I wanted something comfortable for walking that bridged the gap between casual and dressy, so I did not have to take too many pairs of shoes! I have not traveled with them yet, but have worn them several times to break them in for the trip. Very comfortable, good arch support for a flat, no rubbing or blisters. I love the style - they are cute, youthful, and the all over studding makes them a little dressy without being too flashy. They are good with pants, shorts, skirts.

These are good shoes. Nice looking ballet flats with good support for these old plantar fascitis feet! I can walk all day in these, no problem. Fit is true to size.

Very comfortable shoe! I first ordered my usual size which I found pinched my big toes, so exchanged them for 1/2 size larger. These didn't pinch but flapped off my feet with each step. So, after speaking with a customer rep, who spotted a previous reviewer's comments identifying the same problem who found that their shoes stretched after wearing them a couple weeks. This caused me to decide to exchange them to try my usual size, again. I, too, found that these shoes did stretch and have since become a very comfortable shoe.

I can always count on finding what I want at Zappos plus their customer service is one of the best out there!
