I love vionic and this shows we’re comfortable but just not very cute. Sad face

I ordered these for work since I needed closed toe and loved my Vionic sandals and old slippers. Unfortunately these have no support and ended up contributing to foot pain and me needing treatment by a doctor. Save your money. These are not the same quality.

Item runs large and won’t fit a medium width.. too wide .. great brand, own some is their sandals.

I was amazed at how huge these shoes are. I have other Vionic shoes (sandals) that are true to size.. Sorry to have to return.

I really expected more from Vionic shoes. These were just uncomfortable. The insole did not fit into place under your feet, so every step was more painful than pleasurable. Shoes have to go back!

Definitely a half size larger ... or more. Hoping that a half size smaller will fit....cute shoe.

Loved these shoes when I first got them...after 1 month of wear they seem to have worn out. The support is no longer there for my achy feet! Seems like they should have lasted longer than 1 month for $120!!

I ordered a 10 narrow. I received a 10 medium. Any black low heel that is 10 Narrow will do. Do you have any?

large support arch - we found it uncomfortable

The shoes slip off and leave a painful red mark on the top near the toe box. Very disappointed, Vionic is usually a great brand but this pair feels poorly constructed. No arch support and no heel cushion.

Dear Zappos, I ordered a 6.5 shoe. I checked my order, yup, 6.5 on my order receipt. You sent a 7.5 shoe. Needless to say the shoe is too big and I have to return it. I do have to say that this is the first time this kind of mistake was made.

These were shipped from Amazon and not Zappos... the shoes were received dirty and only in a plastic bag. The left shoe had black dots all over the left toe, and the right shoe was black inside. You could tell these were tried on and returned. I called to voice my concern about the condition in which they were received, and I was basically blown off... I've shopped with Zappos for years and after today, I'm not sure if I'll continue with them. Zappos has been known for stellar service, today was not what I expected from this company. Partnering with Amazon was a bad move, but I guess bottom dollar means more than stellar service nowadays. Buyer beware!! Sadly, this isn't the first pair ordered that has arrived in porr condition... I just finally decided to call to voice my concern. Obviously, I have wasted my time.

I wear an 11 N and finding flats that fit is proving to be a huge challenge. These weren’t even close to being narrow, so don’t waste your time if you have narrow feet.

The shoe is definitely not a narrow width, and it is uncomfortable.
