I was disappointed with these. I have many other shoes by this brand and love them. I have plantar fasciitis and I need good support but these flats cute as they are just fall short my foot hurts just as bad as if I was barefoot.

When I saw this shoe ...I said this is it. Comfort and style for my large wide foot.... but after wearing only four times I found that there is not enough sturdiness to the heel and the leather is already wearing in the right side. Frayed along the side. Must return. Very sad.

Adorable flat but not giving me the relief I need from plantar fasciitis pain. I wear an 8.5 wide and this shoe fit well. I am sad to return.

These shoes are very comfortable, my first pair of flats ever because of high arches... That being said the leather is not durable at all. I wore them pretty much every day for a month and they are very scuffed and nothing you can do to help it... I tried polish and after one wear they looked just as bad as before I polished them... I still wear them because they are so comfortable and because of the price, but really wish they stayed looking as nice as they did to begin with

The shoes appeared to be wider than I expected.

In my right foot, I have bursitis in 2 places from ballet and arch pain from taking walks with acrylic orthotics in my running shoes (bad advice from a podiatrist). The arches in both feet collapse due to pronation. So I need shoes with an ample toe box and good cushioning, arch support is secondary for me. I usually take an 8M or 8 1/2 M. These shoes were comfortable, but not as much as the Vionic Matiras. The length of the 8M was good but the heels slipped. I tried a 7 1/2 M, but it was too short. An 8N would have been too narrow in the toe box. I finally ended up buying Walking Cradles Flick in 8 1/2M. Brands that I like: Rockport Cob Hill, Vionic, Ara and Walking Cradles.

They run large.

Really cute shoe and I was hoping it would be the perfect comfortable shoe to wear with pants to my formal workplace. Unfortunately, in spite of the stretch in the vamp, it still irritated by small bunion.

9 was too big....8.5 too small. Mislabeled? Cute shoe but sizing is way off.

Very cute flat! It does run at least a half size to big, and is wider from heel to toe. Even if I went down a 1/2 size, it would still be too wide for my foot. Some observations- The decorative part on the toe is a soft fabric, like microfiber. The raised part on the heel may cause blisters. I'm returning these and going with the Spark Matira in a 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear.

This is my second pair of Vionic shoes, this is my first pair of Vionic flats. My other pair of shoes are not a flat and have substantial support. I will never buy a Vionic flat again. Keeping these because I think they're stylish and are a nice looking black flat, and I was in need of a flat that has some support, and I appreciate Vonic aligns the body. But c'mon, the insoles are so thin and flimsy and the sole is super thin, not very supportive. I get it that it's a "flat" but for this price point I expected MUCH higher quality and support. I have arthritis and Achilles tendon issue that sometimes flares up and after wearing these all day my feet often ache. My feet do not hurt after wearing my other Vionic shoes all day.

I had high high hopes for these shoes and they disappointed. The arch support and cushion seems good, but the leather uppers are stiff and it is clear they will give me a blister in short order. They are simply too rigid and do not flex.

The arch support seems to be in a strange spot - too close to my heel. Unfortunately this shoe runs small and will have to be returned.

These are cute with the little bow on top. They are true to size. I was disappointed as they did not seem to me to have the excellent support that vionic shoes usually have. I think they would be ok if you don't have problem with your feet, but then why would you need vionic? Sending back.

I am not sure if I would call this shoe super stylish but it's not terrible and it is very comfortable. The snake skin design appears a bit fake and gives a slightly cheap appearance.

I wear a size nine in literally every other shoe I own. I ordered these in nine and they were anywhere from a half to a full size to large. I was so disappionted. It's the same with this brand or tennis shoe.

Cute shoe, nice leather but had to return. It was just a little too wide all around and the removable foot bed was too loose to fit securely in the shoe. I replaced it with my own personnel orthotics but the shoe still didn't fit well or offer much padding.I have 6 pairs of Vionic sandals and 2 pair of their slip on house shoes and love them. Hopefully I they will have a pair of closed toe flats that fit me well.

These are cute shoes but unfortunately this style ran short and only up to 11, so that does not work for me. I have found this true with most of their closed toe shoes; this style felt like a 10½. Otherwise the shoes were nice; moderate arch but not as supportive as some of the sandals.

These flats seem designed to cause ankle inversion, I've never seen anything like it. Try standing on one foot in these shoes - if you don't have super strong ankles, you'll teeter totter like mad. Super unstable. I tried on all my other flats and none of my other shoes do this. The size fit me well because these are half size too big and I'm usually 5.5 which Vionic stopped offering (ugh). Was hoping this would be a go-to black flat but not worth the high risk of ankle sprain. Buyer beware.

Very pretty shoe but the narrow is much too wide for my feet.

I was excited to get this shoe - I have the same in a different color and it is super comfortable. Unfortunately, the toe box is so uncomfortable on this one that I have marks and abraded areas on my toes after first wear. Sad but unacceptable and they are going back.

Too wide in the heel

I am hoping this shoe was mis-marked as my granddaughter who wears a true size nine, medium width, was swimming in it, both very long and very wide. I am returning it and will order something else.
