These shoes are very comfortable but the metal tips on the bow make them very noisy! It is really too bad as they are very cute.

The insert made the arch support hit just behind my arch. My toes were at the end of the shoe so they were not too short. The arch support seemed to be too far back on the insert to be of value.

I am so happy Vionic is now carrying narrows but this shoes still runs too wide (I wear 11AA). It slips on my heel and rubs a bit too so I will probably have to return it. It also doesn't have as much arch support as some of their other shoes. Hopefully they will start carrying more narrow shoes and I can find some that fit. Length is excellent.

Too wide for my narrow feet but otherwise was comfortable.

These flats are too wide and make floppy noises when walking. Not sure how to fix that. Would have loved to see stronger arch support and heel cushioning.

Very pretty shoes but not as comfortable as other Vionic flats. I wasn't convinced that they would be comfortable for walking around with in normal life and on vacation.

Arch support is essentially under the front of the heel, rather than on the arch.

I have never needed an 8 1/2 shoe since middle school but I ordered a 9 and I couldn't even walk a few steps without it falling off. I decided on getting a different shoe instead of ordering a smaller size in this one. Arch support seemed a little light but I couldn't wear it long enough to know for sure.

I have these black and blue flats in size 7.5. The blue one fits a little large but the black fits a little tight. I'm not sure why the difference since they are the same shoe. I'm trying to figure out ways to make the black fit more comfortably. Other than that it is a great shoe. It provides great support

I really wanted these to work because they are so pretty, much better looking in person than in the photo. I have the same pair in black (same exact size and width) and they are so comfortable. These were much tighter than the black pair. I'm sad to have to return them. I wish there was some unity in the sizing of the same shoe.

I first purchased a pair of these shoes in a store. They were fabulously comfortable. I moved out of state and no longer had access to that store so I ordered the exact shoe in the same size directly from their website. When the shoes arrived they were too small and did not fit. Customer service advised me that depending on where the shoe was actually made it could affect the fit of the shoe. She then advised me to return them and try a different size which I did. The new ones that came are too loose. Unfortunately I was unable to contact them sooner due to unforseeable circumstances so now I have a pair of fairly expensive shoes that I cannot wear. Extremely disappointing because I absolutely loved these shoes. And as for the size and width questions I had to choose from their prewritten answers in order to post the review. The answers are NOT accurate. One pair was too small and narrow one pair was too big and loose. Both were the exact same size.

I really wanted these to work but I decided I just needed to send them back. The top part of the toe box is too low for such stiff material same with the back of the heel; it hits in just the right place to rub it raw -- especially since the shoe is just a bit too long. Going back today. Hopefully the return process will be a smooth one.

I have wanted to try Vionic for awhile as I really need good support and have heard wonderful things regarding the shoes. The shoes did seem to provide this (I write "seem" as did not walk far in them). Unfortunately one shoe was a little tight and the other felt at least a half size too big. There is about a half size difference between my feet. However, usually one shoe will fit perfectly and the other will be off - it's unusual to find a situation where I want a half size bigger one and a half size or even whole size for the other. I am typically a size 9, sometimes 9.5. I bought a style that was on sale, so I thought I might try seeing if the tight shoe would become comfortable when broken in and if putting strip in loose shoe would fix that issue. However, I did not like the clicking noise the metal tips at the end of the bows made every time I moved my foot and they hit against the shoes. The shoes were cute and I lvoed the innersole, but fit issue and annoying noise meant I returned these.

I was so excited to try these but they were way too big. I tried the smaller size but they were too snug in the toe box. They are very pretty but the fit just isn't quit right.

I love Vionic shoes so I was excited to order these. However, I wore them for a day and had to return them. They were the right size in terms of length and width, but the toe box seemed too low, so much that the shoe pressed on my toes from above, so hard that it chipped off my toe polish.

Extremely large. I usually take 6.5 in dress shoes and I couldn't keep these on my feet.

I bought these in two sizes thinking one would surely work. And I almost kept one pair but even with heel pads it was so much work keeping them on my feet that it wasn't worth it. I must admit that I have a lot of trouble with dress shoes. These at least almost made it! I think other people with less narrow heels would find these comfortable.

I bought these in Sept 2017 for my 14 year old for school. The sides of the shoes are very thin and flimsy and the back heels are already torn and coming apart at the seams. I have bought this brand in the past and did not have this issue before. Very unhappy since these are one of the only shoes she finds comfortable.

I was disappointed with these. I have many other shoes by this brand and love them. I have plantar fasciitis and I need good support but these flats cute as they are just fall short my foot hurts just as bad as if I was barefoot.

When I saw this shoe ...I said this is it. Comfort and style for my large wide foot.... but after wearing only four times I found that there is not enough sturdiness to the heel and the leather is already wearing in the right side. Frayed along the side. Must return. Very sad.

Adorable flat but not giving me the relief I need from plantar fasciitis pain. I wear an 8.5 wide and this shoe fit well. I am sad to return.

These shoes are very comfortable, my first pair of flats ever because of high arches... That being said the leather is not durable at all. I wore them pretty much every day for a month and they are very scuffed and nothing you can do to help it... I tried polish and after one wear they looked just as bad as before I polished them... I still wear them because they are so comfortable and because of the price, but really wish they stayed looking as nice as they did to begin with

In my right foot, I have bursitis in 2 places from ballet and arch pain from taking walks with acrylic orthotics in my running shoes (bad advice from a podiatrist). The arches in both feet collapse due to pronation. So I need shoes with an ample toe box and good cushioning, arch support is secondary for me.
I usually take an 8M or 8 1/2 M. These shoes were comfortable, but not as much as the Vionic Matiras. The length of the 8M was good but the heels slipped. I tried a 7 1/2 M, but it was too short. An 8N would have been too narrow in the toe box. I finally ended up buying Walking Cradles Flick in 8 1/2M.
Brands that I like: Rockport Cob Hill, Vionic, Ara and Walking Cradles.
