It's hard to say since the pair that arrived didn't fit me. I usually wear a 10W (sometimes an 11W since pregnancy, but it really depends on the brand/shoe). I got these in a 10W (which I ordered for other Vionics and they fit perfectly), but they felt really tight and my toes hit the front. Normally I'd exchange them for a larger size if this happened, but the style didn't match the price for me. I only recently tried Vionics and got a really attractive pair of sandals that were absolutely worth the higher price point - between the support, the comfort, and the style, I was happy to pay that much. But for these, they just looked to me like any pair of black flats from Payless, and just didn't LOOK like they could cost that much. I returned them and won't repurchase/exchange. They did seem like they'd be comfy if they fit, though.

shoe was very loose in the heel & tight in the toe box. If I went down a size they would not fit my forefoot.

I like this shoe a lot! I can skip the orthotics or insert arch supports with these. They are just wide enough for my feet. The reason I took away one star is that the heels leave black marks on the floor.

Very cute, too small. Returning and reordering 1/2 size up. Hope that will be big enough

The shoes are really noisy. Those ties on the top have metal on the ends that make a loud slapping sound when I walk. They are going back.

Too long for a size 6 (my usual size). My heel was slipping out of the shoe. It does have great arch support though. It's sister shoe the neva spark ballet fits more true to size and length. had to return.

the vionic size 6 ballet flats are all different lengths. beware this is longer than the spark neva and doesn't have as much coverage to wrap around my tailor's bunion.

I originally ordered in my normal size, 10, but also ordered a 9.5w based on reviews saying it runs large and the fact that I prefer extra room in the toe box. The 10 was too long and the 9.5w was too wide. I ordered a 9.5m from another site since Zappos was out of stock and they are perfect. I would definitely order a half size down from your normal size for this shoe. It is very comfy once you get the right size. Will buy more!

This shoe is comfortable on my hard to fit feet. Vionics have been a great find for my short, wide, hurting feet. I have purchased this style in two colors and it has fun to wear.

The back heel top portion cuts into the back of me ankle. Arch was perfect. Returning

I wear a size 10 in all shoe brands that I have owned. I purchased these in a size 10 and they were a little too big. Unfortunately, I suspect that the 9.5 will be too small. Otherwise, they were cute, good quality and I would have loved it if they had fit. They did not have as much arch support as I expected.

These shoes are comfortable. No breaking in required. But I would recommend going a half size lower.
