I should have known to order a half size larger as that is normal for me in ballet flats. I have narrow feet though and think they will be too wide in the half size up. Like another reviewer said, the bows did not match. On one the tassels were straight out to the side and on the other, the tassels point towards the toes. I know this would bug me! Overall, the shoe quality was okay, but not my favorite, so I will not be reordering.

I give up! I usually wear size 9 shoes. I first ordered 9 N. They were huge in length and narrower than medium, but not a true narrow. So, they went back. Then I ordered 8.5 N and 8.0 N in different colors just to determine correct size. They were still both too big and went back to Zappos. These would have been perfect with a dress that I am wearing to a wedding rehearsal dinner. Too bad the sizing is so off. Thanks to Zappos for easy returns!

Very disappointed to have to return this shoe. I ordered it in narrow width but it was wider than most medium-width shoes. It runs very wide.

I have found that what Vionic calls narrow is not narrow enough for me.

ordered a 9 wide. size was ok but they were IMMENSELY wide. regular would’ve been fine.

Unfortunately, these shoes are too wide for me. I have trouble accommodating bunions up front and a narrow heel in the back. Very cute style, though! Wish they had fit.

Ordered a 10 W. Toe box was narrow and heel was too wide.

I need a size 5 1/2 why do they jump their sizes from 5 to 6 and skip 5.5? Cute shoe and would be perfect if I could wear it. 6 is too big and 5 is snug. Bummer

Size was a bit big. Really cute style, but the tassel "tapped" on the toe when I walked and a bit annoying.

I really was looking forward to owning these shoes, but I had to return. I always wear 6-1/2-7W. I ordered the 7 on the recommendation of the website based on other shoe brands that fit me well. These were way more than one size too large. I couldn't even determine what size I would need to order to get a good fit. When I put them on, I looked like a little girl playing dress-up in mom's shoes. I had a good couple of inches extra. I don't know if this one pair was incorrectly marked as a 7 when it was really a 9 or 10 or if Vionics just run this large, but they had to go back. Consequently, I'm not able to give much information on the comfort or appearance.

My feet are in between sizes thanks to swelling. I had hoped that these would help with my plantar fascitis but they are super uncomfortable. There isn't any cushion to them. They were too big for me so I have to send them back.

Not enough support for my arches.

I love my Vionic sneakers & sandals. These, not so much. The support just isn't nearly as good. My feet haven't hurt at the end of the day, but I do have to pay attention to my gait in these. I have flexible arches and pronation. In the sandals & sneaker I can just walk comfortably with no pain or worry.

These shoes are super cute "in person" but they are not for me. I wondered about them when I ordered them as I've had issues with ballet flats in the past fitting too loosely for me in the heel. And sure enough, these shoes were too loose in the heel. I apparently have narrow heels. I felt like they'd slip off while I was walking in them or going up stairs. It's too bad because I otherwise like them a lot.

I was so disappointed that these did not fit my narrow foot. The run a bit long but are not narrow at all. Slipped off my foot. Super nice insole, arch support.

The 9.5 W was too small and the 10 W was too large. Disappointing since it's a very cute & comfy shoe.

These would be great shoes and very comfortable, if they fit. I have a somewhat narrow foot and ordered the narrow width. They narrow width seems to fit more like a medium width. Adding insoles did help, but they still slip off my heel. Low rating for this shoe is only because they do not make them narrow enough to fit my foot. I cannot rate a shoe highly that is not made in my size.

They squeak when I walk. They cost too much for this problem.

I really wanted to love these shoes. If only they wouldn't cause blisters on my heals! I need a narrow width and was so happy to see that Vionic finally had a shoe in a narrow width. The shoe felt wonderful when I first tried it on -- nice rounded toe box and the heel felt fine. The problem is the back of the shoe is made with a piece of leather that is higher than the shoe. It hits my foot and hurts when I try to walk. I walked around the house for a little while and I actually got a blister. The shoe is pretty but the design is poor.

I love vionic sandals. Very disappointed that the arch support does not seem to "fit" the same in the flats as in the sandals. Sadly returning these shoes.

Oh Vionic, what happened to you? Your shoes are no longer good quality. These shoes are loose and wide and fit poorly.

I should have paid more attention to the reviewers who said the shoes squeak. I ordered the sand color after I wore the black ones a couple of times, thinking what a great comfortable cute flat. Thankfully the black ones started squeaking before I wore the sand ones. I have only worn the black ones a few times. The squeaking is something internal in the heel and is independent on the flooring surface (carpet or hard floors).

I was excited to get such a cute, comfortable pair of flats. However, I only wore them a couple of times and now they 'squeak' with every step, no matter if I'm on carpet or hard flooring. Something in the right heel area seems to be rubbing internally causing this. It is loud enough I am highly self-conscience of this (and for co-workers to notice). I recently purchased a pair of the sand color, but have decided to return them as I don't want to take a chance these will have the same defect. I truly wish I could return these due to the noise as I will won't be wearing them again. I took 2 stars off the comfort rating due to my discomfort of finishing the work day and walking, unnaturally, to unsuccessfully prevent the noise.

Have been wearing Vionic shoes for several years because of high arches and pronation. I have the Minna shoe in another color and these are the shoes I wear often. I can wear all day and not experience discomfort.

I cannot believe I paid over $100 for these shoes. The quality is terrible! After only wearing occasionally over the winter, the leather is completely rubbed off the back of the right shoe. It is literally tearing off in pieces, now. I am completely disappointed in Vionic. While the shoe is comfortable, I would not buy Vionic again based on the quality of this shoe.
