I loved the shoe and I ordered my normal size. It is too large. I am returning and ordering half size smaller.

The shoes fit great, but I know the patten leather on the toes and heels will be scuffed up in no time, so I'm returning them. If they hadn't had that I definitely would have kept them.

Nice and soft. 9.5 was way too big, although my true size. I am reordering for a 9W.

These were comfortable except that the top strap pressed against my very-thick ankles in a rather unpleasant way. Probably would work well for someone with normal-sized or only a little thick ankles. Unfortunately, age and injury caught up with mine in the last few years.

Nice looking shoes. I am returning them because they gap on the sides.

Beautiful shoe, and very comfortable. I was really wanting a brown ballet flat, and unfortunately this didn't really fit the bill. I ordered it anyway because I love vionic shoes, and the comfort did not disappoint. If it came in a camel brown color, I would order that instead!

You can’t beat Vionic’s attention to support and comfort while still making this a cute, cute shoe. I wanted a pair of dressy flats for wearing evenings to the theatre and such in SF - which means I have to walk up to a mile in them. The snake-look cap on the toe and bow dress these up nicely. Inside, there’s Vionic’s lovely supportive insole. I will stretch the toe box on the left one, my left big toe turns up, so I have to do this with most any shoes.

Nice shoes , a little pricey but they look elegant and most of all, if you have arch issues these are a great fit

The sole is very soft and supportive but the toe space was too small, could feel pressure on top of my toes and couldn't feel comfortable walking. I am usually a medium - wide width and ordered the M and was wide enough. I first ordered my regular size 7,5 and was too big, downsized half size and was even still a little long. Sad to be returning because of this strange fit. Otherwise the shoe feels comfortable.

I love the shoe and have always taken the same size in Vionic flats. But the first pair were too large so I ordered a half size smaller and a narrow width. Instead, what I received the second time was even LARGER! Love the shoe but cannot trust the sizes sent.

I have a pair of size 7.5 Vionic flats from several years ago. After reading the reviews for the Minna, I went up a half size. Too small!

Very stylish and comfortable.

These felt tight initally when I tried them on - but within an hour or so already felt molded to my foot.

This medium width shoe was too wide for me. And the arch in the size 10 did not line up with my arch . I love Zappos customer service. And I love the look of these shoes in the gold leopard print. My feet must be changing...so sad that I have to return them. I will keep trying.

My first time ordering these shoes. Love them except the W was too W. Zappos Customer Service made it easy to return with free shipping. Next time I try Avionics, will order a M width. Shopping remotely more often now and will definitely come back. Customer Service Representative was very nice and professional.

I normally wear an 8 1/2 narrow. These are much too long and possibly too wide. I'm looking for a low-heel shoe to wear to work. They are very cute so I may try a smaller size.

I’m always on the hunt for a ballet flat that will stay on my heel, and this one didn’t measure up. The narrow was still too wide from the forefoot back. I would have kept it if the shoe had fit.

As far as Vionic shoes go this has no noticeable arch support.
