These were cute but as others pointed out, they are narrow, and my foot isn’t wide at all. For this reason they didn’t work with my high arches so back they went

So sad to have to return these. They were beautiful and soft but really narrow. Had to use a long shoehorn to get them on and then just wasn't sure they ever stretch in width enough to be comfortable.

Love the color. Love the style. Much narrower than I expected. I’ve never had to buy a wide show, but would recommend wide size for this shoe.

This shoe fit weird and was not as comfortable as I hoped. They are not as cute as pictured.

This is a pretty shoe but it smells funny! Perhaps the smell would go away in time...but I don't want to wait to find out. Sending back.

Beautiful suede boot tho' too wide; gap at ankle where tongue meets side 'split' opens with every step ..s/b elastic strip to hold correctly so it won't gape at that site on the boot

These shoes are a dichotomy. The look ok, I don't really like the buffed toe. They are easy to pull on, a little tricky with socks which I thought I may need. The sole is not as comfortable or thick as I would like. I had ordered the 8.5 which is my regular size, but was easily a thumb's width too long. If you don't really need comfort and don't mind the shiny toe, I would say size down and get these.

Really cute; love the style but not enough support for me. I was hoping for a nice walking shoe that didn't look clunky. The style is there but not the support. As usual, the Zappos service was outstanding.

As many other reviewers said, this boot runs a little bit narrow. I'm a true 10, and ordered the 10, but it's too tight widthwise and need to return. Another reason I'm returning is that I ordered the Findley taupe nubuck, but got Findley 2 suede light gray. I know the difference between suede and nubuck and really wanted the nubuck. The boot I got also didn't have the burnished toe (detail I really liked). I'm confused, though, because the box said taupe nubuck. But what I got looks just like Findley 2 in suede and light gray, which is reduced in price, but I paid the higher, non-reduced price. But I still love Zappo's so don't think I'll have any problems returning. Just was hoping my boot search was over for Fall.

I'm shocked at all the positive reviews for this shoe because of the price point versus the quality of the shoe. I failed to notice the sole of the shoe is a flimsy rubber when I purchased them. I'm not a shoe snob at all, but I was expecting something a bit more durable and substantial, or at least something a little more resistant to wear, for the cost. My first thoughts when I opened the package were that the shoe is WAY overpriced for the materials it's made of and I wouldn't pay more for this shoe. I decided that the rubber MUST be durable since the shoe is so expensive, and they were super cute, so I just decided to eat the cost and keep them. After wearing them for a few hours the sole was flaking off in the front of the toes, and the leather had bagged out so much on the inner sides of my foot that they totally lost their cool look. Maybe I got a defective pair? Thankfully, Zappos is amazing and is allowing me to return the shoe! I wanted to write this review, not out of spite, but to provide at least one review against the shoe since it's such poor quality for the price.

I received my boots today. I ordered them in anthracite. I love the color and the soft leather. I ordered a 71/2 based on the reviews. Most said they ran a little small. To my disappointment the 71/2 is a touch big. I'm going to try them on with thick socks. If this doesn't work I'll have to return them.

Super cute booties. Fit is really narrow and tight. I consider my feet normal and I couldn't keep these on for more than 30 seconds. Also, shoes had a strong chemical smell. Not sure what would cause that.

On the second time of wearing the rubber sole separated from the suede boot. Additionally the side panel is bending outwards. Cute boot, but I would not purchase again.

These shoes were an overall disappointment for me. Not at all what I envisioned. Rather industrial looking.

I ordered a size 7 in Anthracite. I received a size 5 1/2 in a size 7 box. This color is like dirty chalky-charcoal. Its like a VERY faded pair of charcoal jeans. Extremely informal boots... definitely not for dress. I also bought the color Sand in a size 6 1/2. The comments said the boots fit tight so I ordered the Sand in a 6 1/2 (my normal size) and a 7 in the Anthracite. I figured one of them would fit. Because I read there was no arch support, my plan was to put a Dr Scholl’s insert for arch support and comfort. We are going to Europe for 2 weeks and I wanted comfort and style. The 5 1/2’s obviously didn’t fit. Fortunately my 17 year old wears that size so we are keeping them. However, the 6 1/2 Sand pair were NOT tight all over as others reported. When walking my heel slipped out. I had on a thick sock and the heel was sloppy. The only part that was tight was in the toes. The toe area is narrow and I have a normal shaped foot. I am sending the Sand ones back. I was really disappointed. I read a couple reviews that said these boots felt like slippers. I have very sensitive feet. I get blisters super easy and need an extremely soft leather. The heel area was soft but the toes area was not. I was SO hoping these would work out but they just didn’t fit right. Unfortunately I need a boot that fits well in the heel and doesn’t slip and one with plenty of room for my little toes to move so I don’t get blisters.

Cute shoes, but super narrow in the toes. They hurt the sides of my toes as soon as I put them on.

I ordered my usual size of 6 M and received them within about 18 hours. Amazing! I could not try the shoe on at all except to put my toes in the boot opening. Forcing the boot any further may have made the boot unable to be returned. They are beautiful boots, very well made, but they did not fit me. The color I was expecting was black because on my monitor they appeared black. They were in reality a beautiful dark grey. This is not a criticism, just a mistake on my part in what color I imagined they would be. Zappos won't let me submit this form without giving at least one star to each category but the comfort and overall rating could not be determined by my experience of not being able to try the boot on.

From reading reviews, I had hoped that these boots ran narrow. That was not the case and so I am returning them.

I was excited to find some boots that still had my size in stock, but I can't understand why these have received good reviews. They're cute. The front foot is a bit narrow, but that's fine because my foot is narrow, and it fit well. The hind part is just a big gaping hole. There was nothing to hold my heel in the boot. It was like wearing flip flops. The length was right, so I can only conclude they are poorly designed. Back they go.
