Very comfortable. Moderate arch support. Leather not as nice as I had hoped

The weight and style of the shoe is very nice, seems to be a great shoe to take on a trip. The width and length felt fine. However, the right shoe seemed a little big on my foot and slipped just a little as I walked. However, I think they would be a good choice for most.

I'm really sad these shoes didn't fit - so cute, and I think would have been comfortable. But the medium was too wide and they don't come in narrow. They were also too short, and I ordered 10 which is the largest size I ever wear. Because of the width, there was no point in trying the next size.

I’m a 7 1/5 medium. They fit true to size and can be worn with socks and still feel great. Someone else said they feel a little unstable because the sole is smaller than the rest of the shoe. I also noticed that, but it is very slight. I thought I was going to keep these but ended up going with Dansko Liliana because I liked the shape better.

These shoes did not come with the typical tissue paper and cardboard packaging. They also looked as if they had been worn, in particular the right shoe. Very odd. I ordered a 7 because they are out of stock on the 6-1/2 wide. I am returning this pair and will wait for my size to come in. I do think these will be a nice casual shoe when it's too cool outside for sandals and too warm for boots. Love that Zappos makes it so easy to find the right shoes for difficult to fit feet (I have high arches and instep, wide in the toe area and narrow heels)! I also ordered the Born Bessie Boot in size 7 Taupe and Black. They both fit great and looked great.

I most frequently wear a 6 1/2M unless it is a dressy pump type shoe. However, I needed 7M in this shoe. The 7M is a great fit and very comfortable.

These shoes fit perfectly. I didn't keep them because I opted for another style of Born flat loafer that I preferred. They are cute but were a little 'old' looking for me...I'm only just transitioning to flatter shoes due to back pain and I'm still sad to be leaving tall heels and wedges behind. These were super comfortable and I almost kept them. I just found the other style a little more 'young' looking and preferable for my needs.

Was not a true size 11/43. Felt like a 10.5 at most

I ordered this style because I own another pair one half size smaller and they had become too short. The size I ordered fits just fine; however my previous pair, very similar in style, seems like a more sturdy shoe. This pair seems soft and flimsy in comparison. I am keeping them because they are comfortable and they fit. Wish they were of the same construction quality as the previous pair.

Really like these. Wore comfortably walking around several days shopping in Dublin and Edinburgh. For me, a usual C width, the B fit comfortably. I was able to wear without socks or with minimal no-shows. I purchased the black size 9 even though the 8.5 fit too, that would be my normal size with a C width. Usually I can make a 9B work. Only complaint as others have noted is that there is a rather obvious wrinkle on the left shoe of both sizes. The roomy toe box sort of collapses there. I have the black so hoping it isn’t overly noticeable. I am debating getting the tan too because they are sooo comfortable.

These shoes are stylish and comfortable - everything I was looking for in a moderately dressy/casual shoe. I have a wide foot, but the leather is soft enough that they accommodate my wide load just fine. My narrow-footed sister also has a pair and they don't slip around. That being said, I have one bone to pick about these shoes. I really do wish they were lined in leather instead of the fabric they have. I tend to get a bit (a lot) sweaty and my feet end up feeling like mush without a little sock. I'm going to look for some sweat-absorbing insoles to put in them to try to combat this problem, as I hate those little sock liners that always want to slip off of my heel.

Good looking shoe, but foot pad at ball of foot feels bumpy. Need thick enough socks to compensate -- thus a larger size than the 8 1/2 I ordered.

Oh, I loved this shoe! When I put it on, it got so well, the heel hugged without pinching, the edge of the front had stretch but not too much, and oh, it was perfect. Until I stood on it, and the leather on top of the toe box wrinkled in several places. The toe box was too adequate, and I could push it down almost 1/2". It would look like an old wrinkled shoe within hours. Back it went.

I wanted to like this shoe so much but I have a high instep and the shoe was probably normal. It's cute, would have been great to wear with jeans but its not for me.

Shoe looks great and has a very slim profile, but they kept slipping off the back of my feet (sizing runs a tiny bit loose).

These are attractive shoes. The material feels soft and comfortable. I ordered my normal size and they are too long so I have to return them.

Love these shoes and just ordered 2nd pair. I usually wear an 8.5, but had to send the first order back and size up to a 9.

Unfortunately, have to return them. They are wide and sloppy. Strange, since I tried on a pair of these in nearby department store in light color and they fit fine. Wanted the black so ordered online. I have their flat heel boots and they are terrific.

Comfy but could be a little more stylish

I returned these shoes because they were sloppy on my foot. The heel is way too wide. The toe is wide. The shoe looks like slippers my grandmother discarded. Had these been more narrow, they would have been good.

Initially, the shoes felt very comfortable. And if I had younger, less damaged feet, I'm sure they would have stayed that way. But after a few minutes walking around the house, I realized there just wasn't enough support for my poor feet. I hate to have to return them, but I wouldn't be able to walk in them for very long.

The shoes left a little large and my heel was slipping when I walked. The style was cute but the color was not what I was after.

too loose in heal; stitching in footbed is annoying on sole of foot

These shoes cut up the back of my heels immediately and rubbed on my toes. It seems like the heel is wider than my foot needs while the wide didn't have a wide enough toe box for my feet. I've inserted heel pads which, in combination with wearing no show socks that stay, have avoided blisters since the first wearing. There technically is a little bump up of arch support but nothing that would help anyone that has a high arch. Seems like a durable, casual shoe, but I think generally this cut was not good for my feet.
