These were beautiful boots. They had a tacky feeling to them, perhaps the way the leather was treated made it so. They were comfortable and didn't bite at my ankles. They're an interesting height. Not as tall as my normal tall boots, but taller than mid length boots. I definitely would recommend these to anyone looking for a beautiful boot that is comfortable and doesn't bunch your toes.

These are great boots. The gently waxed leather is thick, the dark brown color is classy, and the quality is impressive so I think they will last a long time. The zippers on both sides are functional. I love the funky spats style and the shaft height - perfect for leggings, skinny jeans, and casual dresses with tights. The only downside is that the outside zipper on the left boot bites my ankle a little. These Aubras are so cute that I'm keeping them anyway, and the bite is improving with wear so I think it will be fine once the boots have broken in. Otherwise, comfortable right out of the box, and highly recommended.

I am a Born lover. This is the second pair of Born boots I own and I will buy more. Great quality leather and overall construction. I am a true 10½ womens but buy an 11 to accommodate my orthotic. These boots are ample in the toe and very supportive. With a great style. They are very comfortable. I highly recommend these. I love the brown.

It took me a lot of scouring to find this pair (I'm extraordinarily picky when it comes to boots since I only tend to own two pairs max at a time) and to finally decide to plunk down the money (but I'd rather buy one pair of great, durable boots than four pairs of crappy $50 boots), but I'm glad I did! They were gorgeous right out of the box, and they fit really well with jeans tucked in or without. They are really well made, solid (satisfying thunk in the heel), and quite pretty. Somehow they feel both badass and biker-like while also feeling feminine and refined. I think that's because they've got very edited details just one buckle and that little peplum overlap on the top and in the back. I've only worn them for a few days, but I'm really digging them so far. If I'm still into them in a week or so, I may also order the brown ones.

I absolutely love these! They are great. They run true to size. They fit fine in a 9. They are comfortable and the heel is a tad tight but just needs to be broken-in. They will look great under jeans, over legging or with a skirt!

This style is way too narrow for me. I have three other Born boots that fit perfectly but not these. There is no room for your feet to splay when you stand. They are going back. I am disappointed.

I was not particularly attracted by the style of these boots, but I let the reviews sway me. It was a mistake. I find them a bit clunky and not especially comfortable, and I am returning them.
