Customer Reviews Tumi Larkin Portola Convertible Backpack

I bought this style of bag back in January/February of this year. I loved it and took better care of it than any of my other bags. However, by August one of the shoulder straps had torn out of the seam and the second strap was fraying as well. I sent the bag off for repair under the warranty to later find out that the bag was irreparable. The quality is not worth the $$ they charge. Side note: TUMI HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
