I ordered this bag for work and it has been great. The material is not leather, but high quality synthetic which I prefer because it's more durable and easy to clean. It fits my laptop, a couple files and my everyday necessities easily. I've also travelled with it and the strap at the back makes it easy to attach to my luggage. I spilled salad dressing on the inside and it was easy to clean. While expensive, you get what you pay for and this bag is high quality. Lots of pockets and compartments for organization and storage. I used to have a longchamp tote and was sick of it collapsing in on itself and having to fish through my stuff for anything I needed. Here, I know exactly where everything is at all times and the bag retains its structure. I would def recommend this if you're willing to Pay for it.

I purchased this and the Lodis Accessories Audrey Brera Briefcase With Laptop pocket. I like them both, but for different reasons.
Tumi pros: Storage capacity is fantastic. Many closed compartments. Inside zipped (and open) compartments, inside sleeve compartments, secure outside pockets, and one small open outside compartment.
Tumi cons: It is a much heavier bag and there is no shoulder strap. Also, one zipper failed immediately. I have returned the bag, will get a replacement. Hoping the 2nd does not have the same issue. Could also use a large unzipped outside compartment on back side of bag.
Lodis pros: appearance, weight, functionality. Very elegant & feminine, but still 'strong', not 'foofy'.
Lodis cons: Shoulder strap could do with a bit more padding; would like slightly more room in the outside zipper pocket for chargers, cords, etc. Or possibly storage sleeves on the inside walls. The main compartment has 3 storage areas, the inner padded section for the laptop, and two outer for files. There are no inner pocket sleeves. Would also like to see an outside, unzipped pocket on back of bag.
The Lodis carries everything the Tumi does, but weighs MUCH less. It is much sleeker, very feminine. It has enough compartmentalization, not lacking here, just presented differently and with less material (hence the lighter weight).
The Tumi has more than adequate compartments if you are a big compartment fanatic (having everything in its place). I can easily pack everything I place in the Tumi into the Lodis, amazingly, and the Lodis is substantially lighter. All the same, I plan to keep both. I have no doubt the Tumi has greater capacity, should I need it. But the Lodis should be more than adequate for most people. If you are a lawyer, possibly not.
I'd also recommend:

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
I like it a lot, except that one zipper will not close. I am returning. I will order a replacement once the return is processed, hoping it does not have the same problem.
