I "random-walked" my way to the right size - started 8M as recommended by Zappos and worked my way down 7.5E, 7.5EE and eventually 7EE where the fit is almost perfect (sligthly tight on left toe but that is stretching out). My issue was combo of width up front and at back (wide front, narrow heel) but Zappos was beyond easy to work with as I returned pair after pair after pair. Great job Zappos, I really am not buying shoes anywhere else! These are super cute, funky with the heel and comfortable! I can walk all day (and plan on it starting Monday) and keep up with other fast walkers as we work our way around conference / trade show.

Beautiful shoe and great inside quality. Was a little too big in the heel. I often have this problem. Will keep trying until I find the perfect fit. With Zappos return policy, I don’t feel like I have to settle to less.

Beautiful shoes. I shouldn’t have followed the reviews as to size. Just too small for me in 8. I always wear an 8.5 so am reordering. Do not look “old-lady”. Thanks Zappos!

Love these shoes! I am finding that the higher heeled shoes are not comfortable enough for me anymore, so finding a lower heel that is still classy isn't always so easy. These shoes were comfortable right out of the box and I especially love the cushion inside the shoe. The gold accent around the heel is also a nice touch. I normally wear an 8 or 8-1/2, depending on the style or brand. The 8 fit perfectly. These work nicely for work with both skirts and pants, and I think they'd also look great with jeans. I may eventually order another pair in a different color. Love the speedy Zappos delivery as well!

The day I received these shoes I wore them to a nice party, never had a moment of discomfort and received a rave review from a very up to date friend!

I usually have difficulty with fitting my feet into shoes (I think my foot size is square), so to be able to put on a pair of pumps that didn't pinch was heavenly. I liked the cushioned feeling as well as the stylish look. It is a real treat to have a pair of shoes that look classy and make me feel good.

Shoes were about 1/2 size larger that ordered although they were sized as ordered!

This elegant pair of shoes is more on a dressy side. Unfortunately their 8.5 WW is not wide enough for my 8.5 WW feet.Will have to return.

Beautiful shoe unfortunately if you need a round toe this wont be the shoe for you.

I have searched for a mid height heel, this is perfect! Very stylist with the silver band. The fit is just right and love the comfort of the light padding.

My aunt loved her gift. Had to order a half size up but easy exchange and beautiful item.

Cute dress shoe if you are lowing for a low heel.

Gorgeous, Chic shoe. IMO, silver adds to these qualities; doesn't look tacky. Hated to return them because of fit. Finding a narrow size to fit me is difficult, and these in AA do fit side to side. However, I can insert my whole finger in the back of the left one. Consequently, it slips around as I walk. If they fit you, you'll look beautiful.

This shoe is beautiful! Pefect heel height and the sassafras color which is a reddish plum color looks exactly like the picture. The cushion in the shoes is perfect and I usually wear a 7 and 7.5 and had heard from other reviews this runs a half size big. I think this is true because if i got a 7.5 my foot would ne sliding. Only con is that I find it runs narrow. I am a medium in most of the shoes I wear but these felt tight especially since it has a pointed toe, but I was scared the wide width would be too big. Hopefully this will strech, but hasnt been unbrarable yet, but I only wore it from a day so far.

Best Shoes EVER! Right out of the box yesterday I wore them at work all day, and even after I got home. Usually I cannot get out of my shoes fast enough, but these are fabulous! Will buy all colors they come in.

I ordered 5 pairs of shoes....4 of Soft Style, one of Naturalizer; all in a 10AA. All were too wide in the heel except the Soft Style Deanna. I am returning 4 pairs today and have re-ordered two more colors that are available in the Deanna. Shoe manufacturers cater to the masses in sizes. Not everyone wears a M or W. I used to be able to purchase a heel width in 5A or 6A. This does not exist anymore. So sad because this severely limits our choices. The Deanna is a beautiful shoe.....need more colors with a narrow heel. Listen up manufacturers!!! Thank you Zappos for superb service. Will not shop anywhere else....your customer service cannot be matched.

Very cute navy shoe - the pictures do not do justice to this shoe! I get a lot of compliments when I wear them to work. The shoe is very versatile and can be dressed up or down. Comfortable right out of the box and felt very stable.
