PRO - for a good looking shoe, it is not uncomfortable - dress up/dress down - while I wouldn't call this a "walking shoe", it is comfortable enough to wear all day in NYC where I need to both look professional and walk up to 4 miles a day (in 10-20 minute bursts). - my ankles are on the thicker side of average, and this style is more slenderizing for my ankle area than their other style (with the wider opening and no zipper) CON -a tiny bit more narrow than I had hoped

I love these booties so much. I think I have worn them every single day this past winter. So comfy. Look great with jeans. Very happy with these. The inside of the fabric where the ball of your foot goes rubs off the more you wear them, but it doesn't show through and doesn't affect anything that I can tell.

They are stylish and well made. They have a hard heel that makes noise in the hallway. They are a bit narrow, but don't slip around on my feet like other booties. And within a week or two felt not quite as tight as out of the box. The dark grey color is beautiful and goes well with skinny jeans or a navy corduroy bootcut pant. Very comfy for walking. Have only worn them indoors so I don't know how the suede would do in yucky weather conditions, but they have worn well so far.

These are my go-to booties. I'm usually a 7.5 in different brands so these were pretty true to size. If I walk for a long time in them then my pinkie toe does get a little red and irritated.

Love, love these booties. After ordering three other brands these fit the bill. I stand on my feet all day, and the Bailee is comfortable enough to wear all day. Finally, a keeper.

Love this shoe. I would compare this shoe to the Sam Edelman Petty, but with an updated scallop detail that is really nice and a very comfortable footbed. Sizing was true for me. I wear a 9 or 9.5 in most brands and took a 9 in Jack Rogers. I also am a narrow width (AA) and found the bootie to be only slighly loose with most of the gap in the ankle area. I don't think this bootie will work for slim (AAA), but a wider AA or normal B should fit. Very comfortable heel height as well. Highly recommend this shoe.

Looked at many boots but loved these for the heel height which is great for all day wearing and the grey color which goes with everything. Also was looking for a boot not to wide around ankle and this one was perfect. I wear 8.5 shoe and they fit true to size. Great boot, would highly recommend.

Love, love, love these shoes...super comfy, very cute and reasonable price. I will probably order in other colors. I ordered the olive and they are a nice subtle shade...easy to get on/off, fit perfectly. I wear a 7, ordered a 7 and fit is great. Buy these booties!

This is a really simple, versatile boot, it looks good with pants or skirts and has a graceful quality about it- not chunky like many booties. Most important it is very comfortable and wide enough for my wide feet. I'd recommend them.

I tried a lot of neutral suede booties (THANK YOU ZAPPOS!!) and these along with a pair of Dolce Vitas were my favorite, based on looks and comfort. They fit the bill. Highly recommend.

I have been looking for an ankle boot for a long time and finally bought these. They are perfect! They are a little narrow, but my feet are skinny so they fit just fine.

Love these boots! Got them in the dark grey and they are fantastic with navy, black, olive or grey pants. The heel is just high enough and they were comfortable for extended wear the first time I put them on. I think the scalloped edge is a nice detail when pants are rolled to the ankle. The boots are true to size. I have already had many complements -- even my teenaged daughters are jealous of them!

Have never ordered this brand before and I absolutely love them. They are very comfortable even with my orthotic inserts. The heel height is perfect for me. The shoe runs true to size and I would highly recommend this boot. Will try this brand again in the future.

I just received these and am blown away. I ordered them in gray as well as the Marianne in black and planned on keeping just one pair. These have a nice low heel which will be great for walking in the city. The footbed is nice and cushioned and there is great flex. The toe box is slightly extended which allows you to have that almond toe look without any pinching. The color of the suede is so gorgeous. These run true to size for Jack Rogers. I wear a 7 in the traditional Jacks and got these in the 7. I have narrow feet so I am able to fit a sock in here no problem. I actually decided to keep both styles because they are going to be worn so differently. I am also reviewing the Marianne for comparison.

Beautiful boot, just a bit narrow in toe. Exchanging for half size larger hoping this fixes that. Beautiful quality, beautiful color.

I was looking for something a little dressy for a religious occasion to wear with a dress, and these boots were a perfect solution: modest but not too dull, stylish but not too trendy. They are very feminine looking, due to the suede material, the elegant shape of the toes, and the scalloped edge design. They are comfortable on my feet, and *very* comfortable to walk in. I do have narrow feet and they fit with very slight space on the side, so you may have an issue if your feet are wide. I think they're true to size - I'm a smaller side of size 5 (or EURO 35), and these fit great with thick tights. Highly recommended.

I am very happy with these boots. They are extremely comfortable to wear all day and walk in. The heel height is perfect for daily use and look great with destructed, cropped skinny jeans. The color is a tad "orangey" but not enough for me not to love them. What would I do without you, Zappos?

Love them! I wore them to work all week. They go really well with skinny jeans, skinny black work pants & tights with dresses! At first I was a little hesitant on the price, but I think they were worth it now. They fit true to size (I got a 9 which is standard for me), and they are really comfortable!

I saw a very cute women wearing a pair of olive suede booties and decided that I needed to find a pair for me. I looked everywhere and finally decided on Jack Rogers' Bailee bootie. This is my first shoe from this brand. I love the fit and the quality. The small scallop detail at the ankle makes these funky booties sweet as well. So skinny jeans and full minis work with this bootie. They are great!

These were nice boots, however, the color was a little to bright for me and they were a bit big on my foot so I had to return them. But I loved the scalloped detail at the top! Such a classic little bootie.

My normal size is 8M, but when these booties arrived I found them a little tight in that size. Zappos seamlessly sent me the 8 1/2, which fit perfectly. I wanted these for casual or dressy wear and a rather feminine look. The scalloped top is pretty, and I wear natural hose rather than black to show it off. I find they look good with skirts and skinny leg pants. The arch support is decent for walking around, but I would hesitate to wear these for a long distances or in the rain. The suede seems delicate, so if I need to walk through mud puddles I will wear something else (like my Hunter rain boot).
