These are so comfortable straight out of the box. The blue and white material works with so many colors. A great shoe!

I normally take a 7.5 WW but in this shoe I took a 6 WW to keep them from falling off the back of my foot. These are so comfortable, I forgot I had new shoes on the first time I wore them. The gray metallic is fancy looking. Love the shoe.

I ordered a 6W, and the width was fine, but the length seemed about a half size too big. I wish this shoe was in stock in a 5.5W.

Fits like a true WW without slipping off my heel. Not going to win a style competition, but it is also not a Grandma flat. Good compromise for a professional with wide feet.

shoe is loose, also very pointy toe which I cannot wear. Don’t feel picture adequately depicted that.

The Grey Cheetah is really brown and black, and the material is fur-like. The background looked grey on my monitor, which would go with more of my wardrobe, so I am returning them. Other than the color discrepancy, they are cute and comfortable shoes, I have a pair in another color.

love these shoes. I wear a narrow and when I walk in these shoes my heal slips right out. So sorry I have to return them.

I've been searching for shoes like these for years. I was looking for a comfortable, professional, basic flat, but I could never find the perfect shoe. I tried the Black Soft Nappa Leather in 5.5 and 6. Normally, I wear 5.5. Sometimes I wear 6, but 6 is usually too long. I found that the 5.5 was a little too short, and the 6 fit perfectly. My feet are a little wide at the forefoot, so I get squished toes with most flats. Despite the pointed toe, my toes were not painfully squished. I am also a fan of the fact that these flats don't give toe cleavage. These flats are made of very soft leather and have a comfortable padded footbed. The interior of the shoe is comfortable and does not chafe anywhere. The only downside of the padded footbed is that it makes a squishing/farting sound when I walk. I'm not sure if that would go away with time. Overall, I'd definitely recommend these flats. They're great quality, especially for the price.

This shoe fit like a glove right away. I have found that Trotters narrow sizes give me a better narrow fit than most other brands.

Comfy shoes right out of the box, even as a pointy toe. Love the cushion in the foot bed and love that they have "leather uppers and leather lining and sock". Really makes for a comfortable shoe. Coco brown color just what i was looking for. Really nice looking shoe; can dress up or down. Only complaint is that the shoes squeak and have a little funny gaping on the sides when I walk, but not so bad that I will keep them and enjoy wearing them.

Looks great and super comfortable, very nice shoe - if only they didn't squeak. That might stop after breaking them in, but I'm not risking it. Sadly these are going back.

I bought these in order to have something dressy that I could wear with nice pants and my beloved compression socks. My socks are a little thicker than hosiery, but not as thick as most socks. Still, with them on the shoes were too narrow/tight around my sole. I could have exchanged them for a wider size, but I think those would have been too loose at the heel. (The old bunions on top, narrow heel on the bottom dilemma). They are beautiful but unfortunately won't work for my needs.

Nice shoes, although I wonder if they are worth the price. I expected leather inside and out. I'm not sure about the inside. They don't seem to be very well made. I'm going to keep them, but I'm not 100% thrilled. I'm giving them an above average.

Surprisingly comfortable for such a pointy toed shoe. The toe box is a bit on the shallow side, but I wear a 10 1/2 Narrow, so it wasn't a problem for me. I needed a shoe that would look good with skinny jeans, dress slacks, skirts or a dress and since I am 5'11" tall, I really don't need heels. Besides, I have really hard time finding comfortable stylish heels in my size that are no more than 2" high. These shoes are cut high enough that they don't show toe cleavage. My only complaint is that they don't have much arch support or insole cushion and since the toe box is so shallow, inserts would make them too tight.

I always wear an 11D. The width in these shoes seemed fine, but there was a big gap at the back and I couldn't walk in them. Also, even though these shoes are not literally cheap, the material reminds me of rubber and they look somewhat cheap. It's quite a shame because Trotters are typically great shoes.

I bought my regular size but my toes were pinched.

The style made my large, wide feet look even larger and wider, and felt a little big. Ugh. The fabric is pretty, but back they go.

These shoes are so comfortable! They required no break in time and I could wear them all day right out of the box. They look great and can be worn with a variety of things. My only complaint is that after wearing them only 3 or 4 times, the leather is peeling. I feel that for the money they should look nice for a little longer than that! They already look a little beat up, which should have happened in the short amount of time I've owned them.

Two stars because the shoes SQUEAK. These $100+ pretty, classic leather flats squeak. Not one shoe, but both shoes. Talcum powder in the heels...then in the toes...muffled the noise, so I wore them to run errands/lunch/dr appts, By the time I got home, most of the powder was in various spots on my pants' legs and the squeak(s) were back with a vengeance. I am so very disappointed because I really wanted to love them. I really needed to love them, because finding shoes to fit my essentially triangular feet is proving to be difficult and I'm too hip to through in the towel and surrender to a life in SAS. Maybe someday, but not yet. Back they go.

I was very disappointed with this shoe. It felt really tight where the shoe starts to narrow. I have broken it in and now it feels like it just flaps out. It also rubbed me on my heel.

I really liked this shoe but I always have to order a narrow size and it was just not narrow enough at the heel.

I was looking for a shoe that could be worn to work as well as casual with jeans. This shoe fits the requirements, but I ordered my normal size (6B) and the shoe slips off the back of my foot. I do have heels that are on the narrow size, but it seems the shoe runs a little large. I will be returning these.
