These appear to be well made shoes but my kiddo, who has super sensitive feet, didn’t like that they slipped off his heel without the added inserts and didn’t like the feel of the footbed with the inserts.

It looks like they are running on the narrow side. I wish they would have a “wide” available

This was my first purchase of Pediped sneakers for my 5-year-old son. Overall, the shoes were comfortable and seemed to offer good arch support. However, they do not last. He’s only been in them for about 1.5 months and already, scuffed it up pretty badly and also the Velcro strap broke. While he may be rough with the shoes, he has worn other brands of shoes that lasted longer.

Sizing and fit of the shoe is right on. My extremely (extremely!!) active 4.5 year old son loves wearing these shoes. Unfortunately, they are absolutely trashed after only 2 months of daily wear. Huge holes in both toes and soles worn totally bald; I'm logged onto Zappos right now to order new (different) sneakers. My son is at an age where he certainly goes through multiple pairs per size, but we get 6+ months out of our Stride Rites. 2 months? Not acceptable for the relatively high price of the PediPeds.

These shoes were very expensive and looked like they were a year old within two weeks. The "leather" from the toe was peeling off. Would definitely not buy again.

The souls fell apart within 2 1/2 weeks of purchase. Do not buy these.

Great while they lasted. Active 4 year old tore right through them in less than a month.

child LOVED them. but after just 2 weeks of normal wear, they began to fall apart. very disappointed.

My 6 yo son loved the shoes, said they were very comfortable. However the front blue layer peeled off leaving a patchy look just after couple of weeks, which was not too bad but the shoes certainly didn’t look new into their 3rd week. At 2 months, they are entirely worn out. I was expecting a longer use!

Cute but poor quality! I bought these in Sept as new school/play shoes for my 5 year old and after a month of use they’re already falling apart. The back loop for pulling the shoe on frayed within a couple weeks. Pieces of the bottom are flapping at the heal. I’m really disappointed considering how much I paid for these.

These fit great and my son loves them, they are easy for him to get on and off. But within just a couple months major holes developed in the foam insoles -- the materials are poor quality and don't last. Not worth the price.
