This is a nice bag with good organization. The leather is soft and the color is true luggage. Sadly, that's where it ends for me. The shoulder straps are too short to fit over a coat (fall/winter coming) and the bag overall lacks style. It's just too plain. I didn't want an over the top bag but this one looks better in the picture. It has to go back.

Pretty bag, more purple in person than what the picture shows. I wish it was a little more of the red tint. Still a nice purse. Hoping this one will not fringe at the zipper like my last two MK purses.

I ordered this bag 12 hours ago and I've already received, unpacked and transferred my things into it. The one business day delivery is an outstanding feature, and is one of the many reasons I shop Zappos.com. The chains I can tell you are a bit of a pain. They do tangle easily and are quite noisy. It'll take some time to adjust to the three compartment style, so far, it too, is a bit of a hassle; but I've been in possession of it for about an hour so I'm sure I'll get used to it. The leather is beautiful, supple, great quality. It is exactly what you see online. Now I'm in search of a pair of boots to match.

This bag is made of very soft, high quality leather. I like the 3 separated compartments, but I do wish the handle drop was longer. Also the chain detail is always getting tangled up...it would have been better if they were round.
