Order one full size up. I always order size 8, but my toes were hitting the front. Wide toe box, but good support.

Actually, I like these better than my previous 4.0 Nanos. They fit my feet better width wise, and feel lighter and less clunky. Length wise these are the same, so my toes have the right amount of room (which I was most worried about). I also really like that the tongue on these shoes is much much thinner instead of your usual padded flap. Thumbs up!

I have very wide, large, flat feet and wear orthotics. Not a very good combination to have and try to find good cross fit shoes that fit, but these fit perfectly!

To say these run a size small is an understatement. I usually wear a 9 1/2 but ordered the 10 after reading the reviews. There is no way that I could possibly get my foot into the shoe without destroying it. It measured 3/4 in smaller than my size 10 Reebok zprint run ex. Hopefully the 11s will be a little better.

Medium to thin sole. Almost felt like a Vibram.

Much different fit then the original CrossFit and the 2.0. which I previous owned and love. Didn't like it as much because of elastic on the top. Going to try the Inov.

I really wanted to like these shoes but they felt strange from the get go. I still wore them to workouts until I finally accepted that they are not the shoes for me. I would return them, if I could. What I liked about them is the heel to toe drop, which my old Innov-8s did not have. I tried the Nano 5 in two sizes. The smaller size was too tight (could barely get my foot into the shoes and my big toes touched the front of the shoes) and the bigger size is slightly too big (my heel slips during runs). The back comes up a bit too high and the tongue comes in too far, so much so that the skin on my ankle felt tender after wearing the shoe. The shoe is also quite stiff and it takes a while to break them in.

I have been wearing Nano 4.0 this past year and love them. It was time for a new pair and I decided to get the 5.0. They are not the same shoe and I will be returning them. I love the way they look but not the way they fit. They are much more narrow and my heel slips in the back while working out. This makes me very sad. I would give the 4.0 great rating but not the 5.0. They should have kept the same mold.

The Nano 5.0 has a peculiar fit, as if they are made for people with incredibly large big toes or maybe two big toes on each foot. I normally wear a size 7½ in Nanos, and I felt as though that was the right size for these shoes as well. My big toe lands right in the middle of the front of this shoe with enough vacant space in the side of the toe box to fit another big toe. They are not like the old Nanos at all.
