Believe the reviews that this thing runs small! The medium fits my 3 year old. The black also came with a black logo instead of white, but I happen to like it better that way.

The North Face Kids Standard Issue Beanie fits a little snug on my 5 year old. It is a basic beanie but works great for short amounts of time spent in the elements. It does a great job of repelling water and keeping it away from the scalp.

This hat runs small. i purchased the 7/8 for my 7 year old, who is on the smaller side, and it was too small. Need to return as a result.

I bought this for my grandson and it fits nice and snug, looks very cute and his friends all love it! Also he says warm and cozy!

Hello. I order the hat online. Unfortunately it was to small. Likely i was able to go to a store and return the hat. Which was really great. I was able to get one of the newer hats that had just come out

I bought this hat for my 10 month old son and he loves it! It is very warm and comfortable for him to wear. We bought tbe black color and it looks great with his grey North Face jacket. I bought the Youth Small which says it fits 3Y-6Y however, it fits my 10 month old perfectly. I would say this product runs small but if you order accordingly, you should be good! Overall, its a great hat and we love it. We will definitely be buying another for our 4 year old daughter!

I bought it for my nephew and he was so happy to get this lovely hat. Loves it and wears everyday. It keeps him warm in cold and windy winter days.

Didn't get to use this product as it was to small but returning for a larger size.

I love the beanie for my son, however it runs small you definately want to double check the size when ordering. My son usually does not like wearing hats but he loves the north face beanie. Already ordered two more for Christmas

I measured my son's head and the size matched perfectly with the small. When I got it it was too small for him. I exchanged it for a medium and that fit perfectly. I love Zappos for having free shipping and returns. I got the new hat before they had even received the old one.

I ordered the small for my 10 month old and it barely fits!! He has an average size head and this beanie is snug. I think saying this runs small is an understatement.

I originally purchased a small since these are youth sizes, not toddler or really little kids, and I literally could not get the small on his head. I exchanged it for a medium. It is soft and cozy but definitely runs small. I would purchase it again, though, now that I have a sense of sizing.

This hat runs extremely small. Ordered the small (7/8) for my 3 year old and it was way to small. Tried it on my 7 month old nephew and it was still too tight for him!
