I sent back on about Sept. 16-17, 2021, using a return label through the UGG returns department. They are lost in action; tracking unavailable through USPS and honestly, I have not had any more time to make calls, etc. AfterPay did give me extra time on my next payment. Maybe next week I can find some extra time to deal with this situation.

It seems like the UGG company has re-designed it's boot sole to a narrower style. This is unwelcome news for people like me with wide feet. If they're listening Please consider re-issuing the wider style boot for men (like the old 5143) Thanks

I wear a size 9.5 in the butte boots, so I went with size 10 for the Hendren TL. I was able to get my foot inside and it was nice, but the zipper would not close completely. I tried and tried and I eventually gave up in fear of breaking the zipper. Such a shame. The size 11 would be way too big for me.

Very uncomfortable where the zipper starts, protective leather is not soft there and it feels like it's cutting my ankle, I have to wear socks to wear these boots, I would have returned them but I didn't keep the box.

My old ones were getting worn so I purchased these. They came without insoles and although I'm in the "elite" customer tier and have purchased many ugg boots, shoes and slippers, I will have to wait until Ugg receives the no insole boots back before Ugg will be replacing them. There are a lot of companies that make warm comfortable boots and shoes. I recommend trying a different brand.

Bad design - the zipper and product tag are in a bad place. Rubs right on your ankle bone

I received defective pair of boots. The size on the labeles on both boots is 11, but in fact boots are different and he size of boots is different. One boot is longer and broader than the orther one. I ordered this boots as a New Year present for my husband, but he can not wear them because they are different - the left boor is smaller (shorter and thinner) than the right boot. I'm shoked that UGG shop sell online boots with huge deffects. I could never imagine, that UGG can produce such a deffective products and sell it for the high price.

This was a gift and upon the first day wearing there were creases everywhere and marks that look like water was spilled on the crease. The form of the boot also changed so it looks like an astronaut's boot now.
