Great quality & comfort

I would give this shoe five stars if it came in half sizes. It fits small, thats why they are saying go a full size up. Problem with that is it will eventually loosen up, then it's a little too big. I wear a 9.5 but bought a 9. Wearing very thin socks, it was a bit snug at first but after a few times it loosened up nicely. Now its a perfect fit. Glad I did not buy a 10---it'd be too big now. I have other Ugg boots that came in half sizes---why not this boot??? Otherwise it's a great shoe!!! Very warm, light and comfortable. These are expensive boots. You shouldn't have to break them in to fit comfortably.

This boot runs small. I usually wear a 9-9 1/2 but i purchased these in a size 10 as recommended by the employee at an ugg store. Been wearing them around the house to break in and they feel great with or without socks. Leather is not too stiff and soles feel cushy. Not what you would expect from a typical boot.

These boots were such a worthwhile, phenomenal purchase. They look very classy and stylish while at the same time doubling as super hefty winter boots. This was my first Ugg purchase and i can promise that i will definetly look at more Ugg products. These boots are so well made, so beautiful, they have such a rich color, and they're so, super comfortable to wear anywhere and everywhere. 10/10 i fully recommend these boots. They're so worth every cent.

The boot is a very nice and comfortable boot. The customer service was terrible. They shipped my boot to an address not anywhere near where I live. I spoke to about 7 different people with UGG and every one of them told me something different regarding why I didn't have my merchandise. A couple of them blamed me, one of them blamed credit card fraud, and the rest of them clearly had no idea what was going on. It took me 4 times as long to receive my merchandise than anticipated and I was offered zero in the way of an apology. Literally thee worst customer service of any company I've dealt with in a while. Also there is other information I would like to include in this review about why I should of purchased them elsewhere but I'm not allowed to mention that

Received as a christmas gift 2 years ago, still going strong. Pros: can wear with almost ANYTHING -warm -feels like walking on baby sheep. -natural wear only makes them look better. Cons: None, buy them.

Use everyday.

This pair of boots works really good in places which under -20 C. I came from Harbin which is the north east part of China, it's -18 C over there now, and the best part is i don't even have to wear socks! It's truly AMAZING how warm those are! But the only down side of those is the cost, it's bit pricey though, otherwise i'll be very satisfied with this purchase.

The worse boot i've ever purchased in my life. Not for anyone concerned with orthapedic health and for that matter health in general. So if you have an inclination for self destruction over fashion- you'll be golden. Otherwise after 2 days of wear i could barely rise out of bed. tHEY ONLY GET ONE STAR TO GET THE REQUIREMENT OF this page.

Inside and out this boot is awesome. I've worn them in the mountains of Colorado, the harsh winters of Chicago, and tons of bars/social events. I've been complimented on them multiple times. The color is very rich. 100% waterproof from every environment I've encountered. Very warm as well. The only thing missing would to maybe offer an alternative color. But beyond that, these boots are rock solid.

Just like the title says, The HANNEN TL's are the best boots I have ever worn! They are so comfortable, it's like walking on pillows. I wear them to work and walk in them a lot. These things are just fantastic. Oh, and these are my first pair of UGG apparel I have ever worn; and yes, I was surprised at their comfort level. I plan on getting another pair, this time in black.

It was a gift to my boyfriend,he loved it a lot. I'm so happy.

We bought my first pair of Ugg's in Vegas. Walked for a couple of days in January. Loved them while in desert. Thought they would be too hot for casual strolling but boy I was wrong. Somehow, they keep the feet warm when needed but act as any other boots at other times. Don't notice a discomforting feel in springtime. I wear them out and about and to cold football and soccer games. Love them! Cordovan and aging nicely. Been in the rain and they ARE waterproof.

Love it when I first saw it. Really want one in female size but...I really wanna have couple shoes with my boyfriend. I think it would be really cool for female. Female does not have the design like this_

Overall 10 for cold weather but if weather is not 25 degrees or lower boots can get hit if active but that is something you can deal with very well made and for the future have a option to change insole for a not so cold day overall will buy over and over had mind for winter season and still going strong.

i just think i deserve a clean half size fit for that kind of money

Great inner lining

I love these boot. They keep my feet warm during the winter. I wanted to try them in the store because they only have full sizes. I wear a size 10.5 and I had to get a size 11. The 11 is a tiny bit big but not much. When the leather wears in I feel they will be about .25 inches to big. A bit pricey but that is what comes with the name. Overall I love the boots.

Comfortable to wear anytime and are quiet on hardwood floors

UGGS ARE WELL MADE AND WITH CARE LAST A VERY LONG TIME. THEY ARE THE MOST COMFORTABLE BOOTS!!!
