Very nice versatile boot for dressing up and down! I was looking for a boot to wear with jeans but trying to avoid a work boot look and this on fit right in there. It's surprisingly comfortable (â??I have wide feet), so comfort is everything to me. No break in time, as the boot moved with the roll of my foot nicely, and they just look sharp!

Looks amazing for really any occasion if you can rock the right outfit. Very clean very comfortable. Has more of a stylish higher quality look to them, rather then a combat, or work boot look. But either way this pair could be used for either or. Definitely worth the buy. And this is only me second set of timberlands. My first pair lasted me years and I still have them. Now I could use my older pair for hunting, for roofing, any on sight job, hiking, you name it. Very reliable brand. Very well made! Just try a pair!

First off, shipping with Zappos is better than Prime. I ordered about 6pm on Tuesday and had them (in Michigan) by 2pm on Wednesday. The boots are some of my favorite shoes ever. To each his own but these are classy and can by dressed up or down just as others have said. The leather quality is outstanding. Fit is spot on true to size. I have pretty standard feet. If you have wide feet and like wide toe box shoes, these might be a teeny bit tight in the toe box. Heavy duty and strong but still pliable and smooth enough to take polish. Put a light layer of leather/weather proofing polish on them then wore them around house four about 4 hours. Next day, walked three miles in them with zero problems. Comfort is basically like a quality tennis shoe with maybe slightly less arch support but plenty of overall foot support and an extremely solid yet cushioned sole. If I have to say something negative the only thing I can say is I would prefer one or two more speed lace eyelets and (this goes with the high quality leather boot) they are a little heavy. NOT any heavier than a comparable leather boot in fact they are likley lighter but since I used the tennis shoe comparison I wanted to be honest about the weight. My wife loves them. Thinks they will look good with jeans or casual pants/slacks. The small amount of "wingtip" leather styling is very cool but not overdone. This is not a dress boot by any stretch but due to the quality of the leather and clean look, I think they can easily be worn dressed up more than jeans. Might sound crazy but I'm looking forward to the cooler weather so I can wear them more.

My cousin bought this boot for his daily nursery work. The boot is very comfortable even it's a brand new boot. Good arch support. You can be fine with 8-hour standing/walking job.
