There a company on earth that can compete with Zappos buying ease, amazingly fast shipping, and superior customer service. I purchase 90% of my family's clothes and footwear from Z...they've earned my business for life. OK...boots. The first thing I noticed when I pulled them from the box was how incredibly soft the dark brown leather was...even for Keen standards, these shoes felt like they were extremely well made and that premium leather was sacrificed. Perfect 3 season boot for running around town or for outings after work. By the classic looks, I image they will only look better with age and some saddle polish. They were very comfortable but felt slightly large (even while wearing heavy wool socks). This is my fourth pair of Keenan's and I don't remember them ever having this much room in a size 11. I plan to return for a 1/2 size smaller.

I LOVE these boots - they arrived today - but unfortunately they were too short. I wear a 12 in boots and most shoes, but these were too tight length-wise. I could feel the ends of my toes rubbing up against the end of the boots. I just ordered the next size up for comparison and should have them in a couple of days. I am really hoping they work out. I love the style, the extremely comfortable sole, and a toe area that's wider than most other boots I've tried. Due to a foot injury a few weeks ago, I have to replace many of my shoes and boots and I have had a heck of a time finding any that feel good on my healing foot while still looking good. After trying on several pairs (23 total, in fact) from Zappos, DSW, Wolverine and LL Bean, the Keen 59s are so close to being perfect - I hope the bigger size fits.

I love this boot!! I bought the 2-tones (leather and canvas) and the solid leather in a size 7.5 men's. I wear a smallish size 9 women's (used to be a true 8.5) and they fit very well. The sole is supportive enough to stand all day at my job. I would have liked the footbed a little a higher in the arch, but this one is sufficient for my extremely high arches. Besides comfort, they're very attractive and I've had a tough time wearing anything else!

Lasted a little over a year then the sole started to tear away from the leather upper portion of the boot.
