I love Keens and have several pairs! Overall these felt smaller and I had to return them. To get the pattern / size combo I wanted I had to order from Amazon and it took several days. That said I love them. I feel warmer all over when I wear them. They are just a little loose but not bothersome. It was worth the effort!

Cute boots, fit really well at 1/2 size up, but looking for something warmer to keep my toes cozy in winter weather. Very lightweight and not warm enough!

These boots fit very well. Injured my knee, and needed something really flat. Had to return them.

These are very warm, comfortable, and nice and lightweight. If the laces are not tied too tight, they can be easily pulled off and on without untying. They are a little large-looking, but not any more than most other boots of this type. I had to go up to a half a size just because my normal size 9 felt a tad too short with thick socks. Overall these are great winter shoes.

Works well for my wide foot and high arch (meaning that there is enough room, not arch support). Based on other reviews, I ordered a half size up and they're perfect. I can wiggle my toes, and still have room for thicker socks. They aren't very padded though--I'm ordering a pair of sheepskin insoles to make the a bit cozier.

Really cute boots, but just not warm or comfortable. The insert has very little cush and the rubber heel cup is stiff and uncomfortable. There is no real lining in the rubber toe portion of the boot which doesn't keep your feet warm. I wish they were more comfy and warm because they are really cute in style. Sadly, these have to go back.

Wanted to love these, but they are going back. Cute style and great deep black color with the white sherling. I have a wider foot so thought these would be perfect but the length was just a bit short wearing normal socks - not in the toe but the heel rubbed uncomfortably. Also the footbed needed more support. Maybe if I had a larger size with an added arch support ... but that is too much work for a new pair of boots at this price point. Hunt continues.

I love Keens and I love this boot! I wore them around the house for a few days to make sure they were comfortable, and they absolutely are. But, on my first walk outside, I walked across my wet lawn and immediately felt my right toes get wet. So disappointed! But I love Zappos and Keens, so I'm going to hope this is just a defect and try them again. I have had dozens of pairs of Keens over the years, and even those that do not claim to be water resistant (these don't claim to be water proof), don't have this problem. As usual, the customer service at Zappos is top notch, and they are sending a replacement pair. I'll update after I try the replacement.

Color didn't reflect what was depicted on my monitor. Felt true to size, so ordering a half size up was a waste of time. Disappointed that shearling was only in the collar or the shoe and didn't extend throughout the foot bed. Could tell that my foot would still be cold in the snow. Ended up returning.

Very cute, but lacking same arch support that sandals have. Arch also falls in unusual location.

Felt true to size and I am a 7.5, however shoe is not made right and the little silver circles were falling off by the last loop holes. Had to return.

Love the look and feel of this boot, but even with a thick wool sock, it did not keep my feet warm in the snow. Had to return.

Poorly made. I bought these in Fall of 2015 but we didn't have much snow or weather where I was living (Maryland) so they were only worn a couple of times. Now I live in upstate NY so I pulled them out and started wearing them at the beginning of this winter. Two months later, and they have a huge hole. The part where the rubber upper meets the sole has separated with the lining spilling through. So disappointed because I can't even return them now, the warranty period ended a year ago.

Way too small!

Cute boots would have kept them But the heel is too wide, and heel slips all over the place. So these will be going back. If my heel did not slide up with each step I would love these. I'd also recommend: Uggs Fit Survey No arch support!
