Excellent side zip boot fits true to size and comes in wide sizes as well. Boot is very soft and requires minimal breaking in. I recommend!

First time buying a pair of nice boots. Really liked that they were casual and classy, but also had the treads/grip on the outer sole. They seem to fit fit true to size, I'm a solid 10.5 and I have a little room in the toe, but I think downsizing would be too snug. The zipper on the side is definitely convenient, I make sure to not pull the heel strap as I've read they're easy to break. Likely not the most rugged boot, but very comfy, well priced, seem well built overall, and look awesome! Tempted to get another pair in brown...

I have been searching for side zip boots to wear during another long stay in Europe. The West Havens are perfect. Excellent workmanship, and very stylish. I can wear with Levis or Kakis. I was looking for something with a gripping sole and these fit the bill. They were slightly stiff when I put them on but after a few hours, no problem. Love these boots. I plan to order another pair in brown. They do run a half to full size larger than marked.

Excellent boot, many compliments, did have to order 1/2 size smaller. But Zappos was top notch in the exchange process.

I purchased these as a Christmas gift for my husband. They are very stylish as he can dress then up or down.
