Wanted for warmth and moisture wicking. Sadly it did not do as advertised.

I am a long time UGG wearer and I can't be more disappointed. I've had 2 sets of UGG slippers over the last decade and my current pair is beginning to get uncomfortable finally. The soles are pulling away from the bottom of the slipper. I have MS and with bad feet I've come to rely heavily on my UGGs at home. The ones I now own have a hard thick sole so they are very supportive and have been. They are so cute and fuzzy and cozy. I was excited to try the next pair but after searching I couldn't find anything close. So I had to pick a couple new pairs just to see how they would fit and both are wrong for me. My heel slips out of this Wrinn style in the back. I can't walk very well with that feature so I have to return them. The other pair doesn't support my foot like I need. I can't seem to find anything that can replace what I currently have so I will return the 2 pairs which don't work and wait I guess until UGG designs something closer to my needs. I hope it's not a long wait...

Soft cozy but too big I sent them back hoping the replacement smaller size will fit love the shoes if thy fit

I would love these shoes to death, but they fall off my heel. Tried three different sizes, no fix.

Was looking forward to wearing these slippers but they were too small.

Love these but not happy the stitching is coming undone after only 2 months of indoor only wear.

I bought these and let me tell ya very comfortable but sheds horribly. Uggs should be not doing this for the price we pay for its boots, slippers, etc. Very unhappy with my purchase and the reason I didn't return them is I've already worn them and I really don't have the time to return them. I've spent a substantial amount of money on uggs and they should be made with better quality maybe it's because their made in China.

I love the old slippers with the higher heal. I do not understand why you have to mess with a good thing. I have been thru all of your slippers. They either have no heal or half. This does not fit comfortable

I have the slippers identical to this pair only with a higher back. I do not like the lower heal they are not comfortable

I purchase the ASCOT and then the ROMEO II for my Dad. My Dad has a high arch on his feet. I tried to put on both slippers to find out they were way too tight on him. I contacted your service department about this issue and they did not have other recommendations/replacement. My Dad ended up returning the ROMEO II slippers today.
