I have been a fan of Ugg brand for years and had high expectations for these slippers. I was bitterly disappointed. I believe that since Ugg expanded its line that it started skimping on quality. I am puzzled by the positive reviews on these slippers. What I found was a lining that was not only thin but uneven. Trying to walk in these slippers was more uncomfortable than walking on a hard floor which is at least even. This was like walking on a smushed up bunch of Q-tips with the sticks still in. I thought maybe I had a defective pair and stupidly ordered another only to find the same uneven lumpy, thin lining. I read a review on another site lamenting the same problem and suggesting that maybe the slippers they got were knock offs rather than the genuine Uggs. The ones I got from Zappos were genuine and had the Ugg box and inside tag to check for authenticity. So the problem was not fake Uggs but a sad lowering of quality. I am actually angry because I have recommended the brand to friends and family. I actually feel insulted that Uggs would do this as I have noticed the skimping of materials on other items in their line I suppose the assumption being that their laurels would suffice and customers would not notice. Zappos is so good on returns so that is not the problem. I guess I feel cheated by Uggs.

So comfy, I've barely taken them off since they arrived! As with most Uggs, they felt a bit small at first but within a day they fit perfectly. The sole is quite sturdy and you could definitely wear them outside, but I'm wearing them as house shoes and on hardwood floors. It's nice that they offer a little more support than a normal slipper. I'm tempted to buy another pair in case they stop making them!

I bought a pair of Uggs slippers about 4 years ago and they were the most comfortable slippers I ever wore. And then Uggs stopped making them. These slippers were OK but as I wore them the cushioning became next to nothing and there is little to no cushioning for support. I wanted to love them but I don't.

These slippers are definitely sturdy enough that they can be worn out and about to scuffle around in. I almost questioned if I had mistakenly classified them as slippers while shopping. I like the style but I'd say if you want to wear socks with them then to size up. With bare feet they are a snug, perfect fit. I'm hoping they will break in a bit and become less stiff and a bit more roomy as other UGG styles tend to do. I don't know if they will be a good replacement for my shearling loafer slippers, but I will give them a go.

Oh Wrins, how I love you. Resisted Uggs altogether until now, but this strangely urbane slipper got me. The shearling is cozy and lush but not stifling, the construction is sturdy and supportive. You could absolutely wear them outside. ( I’m keeping mine pristine so far.) And the black and gray is pretty swanky looking. I wear an 8 1/2 generally and the 8 in these is perfect. Have had them for a few weeks — the shearling has started to mold to my foot but still has plenty of oomph. With a synthetic lining, these would be a stinky sweat fest , but the self-regulating power of the true sheep makes them mighty. Love!

These are the perfect slippers! My feet are nice and toasty. So glad I ordered them.

Originally I ordered an 8, (I’m normally an 8 1/2) but they were too snug so I returned them and ordered the 9 which were perfect! Comfy and stylish!

Perfect! I am writing this after having owned them for 2 years. We don’t wear shoes in our home and these are my “house shoes”. I have worn them daily for 2 years and I love them. Super comfortable. Would purchase again in a heartbeat.

This is at least my fifth pair of Uggs, and I love them the most. I wear them exclusively as slippers. I usually opt for the pairs without backs so I can just slip them on and off, but I moved into a place with stairs and I did not want to worry about them sliding off. It was a great upgrade -- not sure how just a little back makes them so much warmer, but they are!

Wow! What a struggle to determine the right size Wrin to order! Many reviewers said “order up”. Many others said “order down”. In my case, I normally wear a 91/2 M, so I ordered a 9 and a 10. Which was hard to do, because a size 8 in the Uggs Coquette is a perfect fit. In any event, the 9 Wrin turned out to be a winner. Wonder if Uggs is losing its sizing consistency…? Fortunately, Zappos makes it possible to order more than one size and easily return the one that doesn’t work. So many great reasons to deal with Zappos.

Love the feel, fit, warmth, comfort, style and look. Truly my favorite ones I have owned.

Finally! An UGG slipper I am in love with!! I own a pair of the UGG cable knit scuffs, which are okay, but I have to work to keep them on my feet. Then I ordered the Dakota slippers in two different sizes, but they slipped on my heel even when they were tight everywhere else. Then I tried the Ansley. It was better than the Dakota, but still slipped at the heel in the small size. As a last ditch effort I order the Wrin. They are fantastic!! So comfortable, no slippage, fit perfectly, and really cute! Love the two tone suede on the gray. I wear a 7.5 in most shoes, 8 in most boots and sneakers, 7 in all UGG boots, and a 7 in these slippers fit perfectly. Thanks Zappos!!

After reading all the reviews in regard to sizing, I was a bit concerned about just what size to order. I am happy to report my usual size 10 was a-ok. As to support, I wear an orthotic insert and it is well accommodated in these slippers.

Boy do I love the feel of these slippers. I thought at first they were a little snug but the reviews said they would stretch and they did. I would have liked a little bit of an arch support but so far my feet are not complaining about it. Lovely and warm but not hot. I am wearing them with no socks and so far I am good, always comfy and cozy.

So ordered the uggs after returning Bob's. LOVE MY UGGS first pair. Ordered size 7, I wear a 71/2 in shoes. I don't wear socks with these slippers. Sole is firm but i like it.

These are so cute and comfortable! I use them as house slippers and they keep my feet stylishly snug and toasty on San Francisco foggy days. I absolutely love them.

So comfortable! The sole is definitely suitable to wear outside if you want to wear them as more than just slippers. I bought them in my regular size and they fit.

I am a true 9.5. They do not come in half sizes, so I ordered up and got the 10. Way too big. So I returned those and ordered the 9. Sad to say the 9 are going back also as they are too small. Very much a bummer as they were exactly what I wanted.

I love them but I am allergic to the fur. I couldn’t keep them. But they are well worth it.

I love these slippers. I love that they come up over my heel so there isn't an issue with them slipping off or tripping.

LOVE THESE!! SOOO COMFY and COZY!! My 2nd pair.....not because they’ve worn out....because I LOVE them so much I needed a second pair to leave at my cabin!! I would definitely recommend!!!
