These run large in my opinion. If you normally wear a half size, I'd size down, not up as the website recommended me to do for my true fit size.

I always love my UGG slippers. I've bought many pairs over the past few years. I bought these because I liked the idea of the back piece so my foot wouldn't slip out as much. The first few times of wearing them they were uncomfortable because of the lip but after about a week they feel great and they're good even for wearing outside because of the plastic sole.

So soft and so warm. I absolutely love these and would recommend them to anyone!!

These are so comfy! I would suggest getting a darker color.

Great Product, my wife loved both the slippers and the boots. Would be five stars if discount would have worked without the hassle of calling in and waiting for callback from CS.

I returned because I didn't feel it held my heel secure..probably just me because I have had a bad fall. Shoe was pretty and good quality.

I have to be honest. The quality of the product is nice, I am sure they would be great slippers but THEY ARE FLAT AND UNCOMFORTABLE. A slipper should feel like heaven when you put your tired feet in them. They should have cushion in the soles. These felt like I was walking on concrete (I have tried the other lines in ugg and I have to say none of the slippers are comfy) and for the record ladies slippers are for the house not going shopping or a football game in. Which makes these slippers rate that much lower. Uncomfortable

I knew that the back of these slippers was low, but i didn't realize that my foot would come up with every step and on the down step, my heel would hit the back of the slipper. They are very uncomfortable for my feet. Sadly, they don't make the ones I used to have with the full back and inside-the-house sole.

I have always worn a size 6 in Uggs and I've had over 4 pairs so presumed i would be the same size here. However, they were far too small and I couldn't fit my feet in them. The quality looked great, they were as expected but not true to size at all.

Back heal is uncomfortable. Flops up when you walk and brushes against heal -no reason for it.

I was really excited to receive these slippers as I own many Uggs and love wearing them, but when I did receive them I was really disappointed. My boyfriend had given them to me as a Christmas present and they look terrible. They are comfortable and I've worn them around my house a little hoping to get past the look, but I just cant. The entire outside is not the normal smooth material that comes on Uggs. It is very rough and bumpy and does not look nice at all. They look like they have been worn out in the rain or someone used sand paper on them or something. For an expensive pair of shoes I am highly dissatisfied, and I'm not sure if ill continue to buy Ugg's products if this is how the material is going to start to feel and look.

They don't fit well or possibly I just don't like the style of slippers coming off the back of my feet when I walk. I first bought size 11, and then returned them for size 10, thinking they were too big. However, they still come off my feet and are worse because now my heel hits the back when it comes down. I need to return them and don't know where to send them back. There was no return form this time. I tried to reach UGG's website and the automatic comment was "this product is not eligible for return." Why not??

I bought myself these as a Christmas present because of the good reviews. They are very uncomfortable. My toes hurt, not cooshy and there is no arch support. I wish I could return them, but it took me too long to figure this out. At first, the heel felt like it was not secure, so I kept on wearing them. I seemed to get used to that, but that's when I realized they were just plain uncomfortable.
