I love the comfort of UGG products but these slippers run a full size smaller.

Was surprised how disappointed I was in these slippers. The sole is cheap looking and the shoes overall are not very comfortable and not as soft as expected. They seem to be of surprising poor quality and definitely not up to the UGG boots I have owned and loved and had several pairs of over the years. Very disappointed.

I really wanted to love these shoes. My usual size was a little small. The next size up was good (but not quite as snug). These were very warm and the style was comfortable. The big problem for me: whatever the material is on the inside top part of the shoe (not wool) was incredibly itchy. :( I have to return.

These were cute and seemed pretty warm but the quality was pretty poor, especially for $79! The lining inside was separating when I pulled them out of the box and it rubbed against my foot. Not impressed, UGG.

I wear a 9 or 9.5 shoe always. These run very short. The 10 is too short. I'm returning for an 11. I think that will work because of the elastic around the top of the foot. Very warm and comfortable otherwise. But, they do run very short. I've NEVER worn an 11 anything.

I have these in the natural color. I purchased those a few years ago. They are so comfortable. They must have changed how they were made. The elastic was so tight on these. I returned them.

These slippers are comfortable but the quality is horrible these are only 2 1/2 months old and already worn down along the seam . For what they cost this is disappointing . Isotoners last and wear better than these. This is the second pair that has done this . Will be the last. The company does not stand behind there product they would do nothing . Very unsatisfied with the quality and customer service .

I bought them as a gift for my grandmother, who wears a size 8. She immediately returned them to me due to them causing severe discomfort at the top of her foot. I am a size 7, so I was beyond certain I would be ok with them. I had the same poor experience. The top of the slipper is TOOOOOO right. I have very narrow feet and this is the first time a shoe has been too tight on my foot. I feel like i wasted my money.

The elastic is too tight an hurts the foot. I wear a 7.5 N and ordered a size 8. I cannot wear these because of the tightness of the elastic around the left foot.

I can't figure out how what is basically a slipper sock can be so uncomfortable. I normally wear an 11 or 11.5 but bought a 12 so that these would be loose. They are so tight that they seem like a 9 or maybe a 10. Additionally they are poorly constructed. I have had Ugg slippers in the past and been happy with them. Clearly the quality has gone down. Never again.

Slippers were two different shapes. One rectangular and one oval. Looked weird. Bald spots on one of them made them seem very cheaply made. Returned immediately.
