Cute! They do run small. I normally wear a size 8 and the size 9 fit perfect!

Bought these on UGG'S website before they were available at Zappos. I have many many pairs of UGGS from classics to cardys to extreme weather snow UGGS. This is the first pair to run fairly small in length but feel kind of sloppy width wise. I wore a 7 in old school classics, then when they became ultra mass produced I wore an 8 which is the size I still buy. When these arrived they were too short in length, i think my toes would eventually poke through. Sent them back to UGG to exchange for a 9. Length wise the 9 is good but the boot lacks side support so my foot feels like it slides around in them. They are different than the cardy, looser knit and less support. I will try with socks to see if they make my foot feel more stable, if not they may go back. Super cute but was hoping they would fit a little better.

Love these boots! I wear a 5.5/ 6 and went with a 6. Could have went down a size! But love them get lots of compliments.

Love these UGGS!! Please, ignore the reviews that say order size up!! I wear a 10, ordered a size 11 and they were way too big! Returned and ordered normal size and they fit fine! I've got two other pairs I ordered two years ago, seem just the same. So not sure what people mean by the quality dropping since manufacturing was moved to China. These boots are sweater/cable material, so the fit is loose as compared to suede UGGS, but still just fine. HAPPY ZAPPOS CUSTOMER, AS ALWAYS!!

During the Fall, Winter and Spring months I am wearing Uggs at 85% of the time! I favorite style by far the "Isla" boot. I bought this design a few years back, in a pretty gray & black mixed fabric. You would never be able to guess that they are so often worn. I love that this design is entirely fabric (besides suede heel) which I prefer more than the suede styles, simply because the "wear and tear" aspect is almost none existent in this style. I am obsessed with bows and ribbon, and the lace up back actually comes in handy if you need to tighten or loosen the size. I would recommend going a size up, if you wear half sizes usually. I wear a 7.5 in shoes, but the 8 is perfect for stuffing in socks, the bottom of jeans/leggings, etc. These Uggs are extremely comfortable and warm.

The boots are super cute!! My daughter wears 8.5, so I bought her a 9. They are a little big, so she has to wear heavy socks. My worry is that becauae they are sweater material they are going to stretch and become even more loose. She insists that they are okay, but next time, I'm going down a size. All said, I would buy them again.

These are very cozy. Not meant for super cold weather though I would not wear them if it's below 45 degrees. Very sturdy sole and exactly what I was looking for. It's like a cozy sweater on your feet.

Great UGG, true to size, however had to return them because the color is too light.

Love these boots.They are plenty wide for my feet, comfy and warm but I don't think I would wear them in wet weather.

Love these boots! They are like wearing a slipper all day. Totally knit so would not want to wear them in snow or rain but they keep my feet warm!

I absolutely love these boots! I have a very high instep and since Uggs have a seam right at that point, my other ones can only be worn for a short time before pain sets in. These also have that seam, but probably because of the stretchy knit fabric, no pain! Because other reviewers indicated the boots ran short, I ordered a 9. They were too big and needed to be traded for an 8. And who would not adore grey boots with bows! Thanks, Zappos, for making shoe buying so pleasant!

These are perfect and fit great! I love the height, the ribbon on the back, and color! I have seven pairs of Uggs and this pair by far is my favorite - hands down. I need these in another color!

I bought these boots for my granddaughter for Christmas.. They are adorable and I can't wait to give them to her. I ordered these and received these the next day. Zappos service is fantastic.

I absolutely love Zappos this is the place I can order something and it arrives the very next day. If I could do all of my shopping here I would. My favorite place to shop hands down.

I normally wear 6-1/2 & ordered a 7 which were too big. I wound up returning and not ordering the 6 because I was afraid that they might stretch out because of how stretchy the knit was. I also felt I needed something that would keep cold & wet out. These would've soaked my feet if I had been out in the rain or snow.

The boot was warm but very sloppy on my foot. I wear a 7 but I ordered this in a 6 and it was still too loose. I was afraid if I ordered a 5 it would be too short.

Super comfy. However had to return because much too big. I'm usually a size 7.5 so got the 8.0 (no half sizes available) and they are simply huge. Will get the 7.0.

These are super cute. The challenge for me is that the sole is a little stiff for such a soft upper. I really wanted them to work! The heel seemed loose, but the front seemed about right. I am not sure if a smaller size would have helped as my toe was snug in the front. The heel slide off when I walked.

Size 8 USA Very Very big, my granddaughter owns several pair of uggs...all size 8 She cannot even walk in these...they look at least 2 sizes too big. Disappointing they are so big......

These boots, aka slippers, are super cute, but they are so floppy and flimsy that I wouldn't even feel comfortable wearing them around the house. Not to mention the sweater-fabric upper would catch pet hair by the pounds. Too bad they are so adorable. Must return item.

Really bad sizing. I used to take an 8 wide in Ugg sizing about 6 years ago when I got my first pair that had the same type of bottom as this pair (so I thought the sizing would be the same). I also lost weight since then and this old pair of Uggs I have still are now very loose. So I thought a 7 medium would be perfect but no. They're tight around the middle of the foot but look and are strangely wider at the toe area. They also fit more like a size 6, not 7, which is just one size down from 8. Really poor fit (especially for the expensive price) but a good style.
