Only thing i was disappointed in was slipped a few times while indoors. Not safe enough for me

Man, I want to love Keen so hard, but they just look like clown shoes on me! they are so very incredibly comfortable, though, and this model is no exception. Roomy toe box, and a moderate level of arch support. Thick, comfy sole. If Keen could figure out how to have all these features without the clunky clown shoe appearance, they'd have a winner.

I bought these shoes a few months ago. I do have trouble with my right foot. The waterproof "lacing " on the right shoe was digging into the left part of my right foot and really hurting me so I took the lace out of the top holes and that helped some. I finally cut some foam and used that to cover up the part of the shoe that was still hurting me. That helped but then my sister gave me a piece of peel and stick roam pad. I cut it to fit and YEAH it worked. Wondering if a size 9 would be a better fit. I plan on buying another pair so I will have them just in case Keen stops making these. As far as some others have said about these being chunky, I don't mind that. Some people have said my foot looks smaller which is fine with me. These are great shoes for wet weather. Keep my feet warmer than other shoes I have had.

I have wide feet in the toe box, normal width heels and a high instep so shoes are hard to fit. I always have to go a half size up I’m Keen and that was true with this shoe. The shoes are unusually roomy, which is something I never experience. After a week of walking and being sore from my foot moving too much, I added an orthotic and it is nice and snug now and comfortable to walk in. The shoes are definitely waterproof, which also means hot to wear, but perfect for early or late winter snows that don’t require a boot. The shoes are definitely clunky and not attractive, but have great traction and serve their purpose. Not a shoe I would wear in the warmer weather, but works for the small snowfalls when the weather is warm enough to not need boots but too cold for a mesh running shoe. Not my favorite shoe but they will serve their purpose.

I was looking for a pair of shoes with room in the toe box. This pair does have that but a bit too much room for my foot. They look a bit clunky for my taste. Sorry to return them. Thanks Zappos for such great service.

I pretty much wear nothing but Keen shoes. I had a pair of the Presidio Sport Mesh that I wore all the time for a couple of years. When it was time to reorder I found on the positive side - the same Keen quality in terms of size and comfort but the negative for me is that the styling is different now. They are clunkier and heavier (and uglier)- and I am not very happy with that. However I will keep them because of the positives. Hopefully I will grow to love the looks of them over time :)

Not much arch support. Looks chunky. Don't think this will work for hiking in Ireland

Very comfortable shoe though it has a very wide toe box so I have to return it.

Keens are my go to shoe for comfort. I love the large toe box. The arch support is good...I could have used a bit more but I am very happy with this shoe. The sole is very slip proof. I wore these to the woman's march and probably put 10 miles on them pretty much out of the box. Great shoe.

I have owned these for more than a year and they are still comfortable. Not the most stylish but serviceable and good for light hiking in wet areas. Great for travel during rainy season. One small complaint is that when these shoes get dusty or muddy it is very hard to clean the dirt out of the mesh areas, even using as old toothbrush. I guess this just makes them look like they've been up and down the trail a few times, like me.

Comfortable shoe. A little on the clunky side, but my feet feel great!

I was so looking forward to getting these as I have 2 pr. of the Presidio leather shoes & they are so comfortable & wide enough for my right foot which has had 3 surgeries but these are narrower in the shoe box than my leather ones & are quite stiff for a sport mesh plus rounded across the top of the shoe box. Odd. Would have kept them if the width had fit.

This is a beautiful shoe and the wide toe is so rarer and appreciated!!! Unfortunately I cannot wear it because the fabric on the heel collar is too rough for me

THANK YOU KEEN FOR A WIDE TOE SHOE THAT IS ATTRACTIVE AND FUN (most shoes like that are ... brown... not nice looking). However, I had to return them because the material around the heel collar is too rough and hurt my ankle/achilles. Hope they might be made of less rough stuff someday...

Looks wider than it probably is. Not attractive. The rubber toe cap dips down and touched my big toe, which I knew would be a problem soon. On the way back.

I was looking for a good walking shoe both for pavement and the trails. Keens simply do not offer enough arch support for my high arches. Adding orthotics simply made them more uncomfortable. I tried two different styles, and both rubbed my ankle bone because of how they were cut, and both styles made my feet feel constricted after a short amount of time. I had to return them and search for a different brand for my persnickety feet.

Very well made, solid shoe with medium arch support. However, the insole is hard, with no cushion at all, and the shoe is rigid with no flex heel to toe. Might be good for rocky terrain, but not for my forest trails.

The shoe is comfortable. Size is accurate. I didn't like the color. It reminds me of bowling shoes that we used to rent. Returning shoes.

4 months after buying and wearing a minimum of 8 hours a day the soles are coming apart. I wear them in a kitchen and they are slightly slip resistant but not the greatest. I am an average size woman, 5'7" and 141 lbs. Not sure if they are worth the expense if they can not stand up to the rigors of a kitchen. Not sure if they can be exchanged due to defects after only 4 months of wear.

Did not work for me, had to send back. The main issue was the heel was too large for people with narrow feet. My foot was slipping out of the shoe even while sitting. Also, the insole was not supportive for my flat feet. It was cushy but not a lot of support. The shoes did look nice, I liked the color combo.

I'm so disappointed and frustrated. I love Keen's shoes, and have several pair. I'm needing a lighter weight, waterproof/water resistant sneaker for trail walking and all-around use, for vacation and home. Keen shoes have the wide toe box area and more narrow heel which I have to have for my size 6 to 6.5 feet. They're the one brand I can count on for all-day comfort with no aching feet after standing/walking for hours. I even have a 3 year old pair of these Presidios in leather which are just great. But evidently they've changed the design which made the tongue both longer and more stiff, causing the tongue to bite into the front of my ankle, ouch big time. Otherwise the shoe would have been just right, comfort wise: wonderfully comfortable footbed, perfect fit, really supportive. Ugh. Another issue is quality control/manufacturing. I ordered several pairs of these in different sizes/colors, and not one pair had completely matching mates. The shape of the toe areas varied from round to asymmetrical. I am really hoping they go back to the original tongue on these Presidios, and get their manufacturing improved. Until they do, I'll be continuing my desperate search for something to replace these. Oh, but I wanted to love this shoe, alas, couldn't. Shiny, rather slippery lining of shoe, albeit waterproof, is thin enough for you to feel the outside seams through the lining. Also, shoe is quite heavy and doesn't breathe. Was looking for city walking shoe and beyond, something I could wear with either skirt, shorts of long pants. No dice.

I really wanted to like these shoes. And I did! Until I put them on. I need wide shoes to let my toes and ball of foot relax and these shoes were wide enough. But my heel does not need the extra width so the heel was slipping badly. I am not going to put heel supports, etc. in the shoes to take up the slack, so the shoes are being returned. They are great to look at and feel substantial but they simply did not work because of the wide heel. I am so disappointed because I have worn Keen before and loved them.

Clown feet! This is one of the Keen styles that still maintains the wide toe box, but these things felt way too big and clunky. I felt like i would trip over my own two feet.

Very disappointed in these shoes. I have never had Keen shoes before but wanted to try these because they supposedly had a wide toe box and narrow heel. The shoes were very heavy and rigid-not comfortable at all. Even more important the heels slipped with every step.
