Just awful built quality!... If I only knew that these new shoes would get such huge creases just after I wore them a few times, then I would never ever buy them... Just look up the attached photos and no extra explanation is necessary. Today is Feb.17, I got them delivered on Jan.29 and wore them just less than 5 times and got these big creases and folds right after the first few days.

These are very low quality shoes. I have two pairs. One I wore seven times and it is already falling apart the other pair I am wearing today for the second time and feels very uncomfortable.

Poor quality leather...cracks appear after a few wearings. Would not recommend this shoe.

Great office shoes! First, the styling, I constantly received compliments on these. They just look sharp. As for comfort, they’re great. I wore these five days a week for a year straight for work and though they probably could have been tossed a couple months early they certainly lasted. I liked these so much I bought them three times, one pair for the office and the other for outings.

Great styling and quite durable. I wear these five days a week for over a year and they're finally looking beat up. I've gotten a lot of compliments on these shoes, so much so I've already bought a second pair. It's just a solid business casual shoe.

This shoe is exactly of the quality that I have come to expect from Zappos. I am an off the rack size 10 1/2 and they fit perfectly. They look great for work, pretty light weight and comfy right out of the box.

Love the style of this shoe. Works with jeans or casual dress. A comfortable shoe, but the label on the inside of the shoe does definitely end up hurting my heel. No real obvious, but after wearing all day, ends up giving me a sore heel. Poor design in that aspect. Other than that, I am pleased with this shoe, but will not buy another "Steve Madden" shoe.

Fine looking shoe. Tan was much lighter in person than in the picture, but not bad. Wearing the shoes was quite uncomfortable -- especially in the heel. Very loose around the heel, but also painful and weirdly steep in the back. Shoe made me feel like my heels did something bad to the shoes, maybe years ago, that made my feet deserve this sort of bad treatment. Not sure what I ever did wrong to these shoes to invite that kind of abuse, but I am returning them. If not for the latter complaints, I would gladly keep these shoes. This is the first time I've returned anything to Zappos.

I really like the look of these shoes and they seem to be pretty comfortable after a couple of wearings now. I was impressed with the materials used in making them. Sort of odd, but I did find the laces need to be double-tied to avoid them becoming untied.

Everything was perfect and beautiful

I've bough these shoes twice. Great look and decent quality. They last 1.5-2yrs or so wearing them 2-3 times a week.

I was very satisfied with the shoe and the price.

It was exactly the style I wanted. I already owned another pair of a lighter color. The fit was slightly narrow in the tow area of the size I need to not allow the heal to slip. Ultimately these break in and are very comfortable. The leather is nice quality.

Seemed like a quality shoe with nice leather. Size was a little large with too much room in the heal. Will have to go with a smaller size.

Shoe runs big!

I have had these shoes for at least 5 years and they have held up so well. I will be buying another pair. I don't write reviews but felt compelled to write this one. Well done, Steve Madden.

I have become a fan of steve Madden. I have about 6 or 7 pairs all in size 17 they run larger. I usually wear a 18 or 19 in other shoes. They do take some breaking before they feel good. Once broken in they fit great..

My husband loves these shows! He has a pair almost exactly the same which are Cole Haan, more expensive but look the same. These are extremely comfortable too!
