I love this shoe...I do find that most of the Merrells I own I do have to put in my own arch support....but I have no problem with that..I have the brown ones I bought last year and just ordered the black...hey they fit great...easy walking shoe and they also look great...so why not buy another pair!

I love this shoe! I wasn't quite sure what color "bungee cord" would turn out to be, but I really like the color...sort of a gray/brown shade with maroon-colored laces. They look great with slim jeans. I put them on right out of the box, wore them the entire day, and never missed a step. Although they have very little arch support (the nature of the chukka, I've heard) they were still really comfortable. I prefer a roomy toe box and these filled that need. They felt slightly loose in the heel but not anything I didn't get used to right away. And, as usual, Zappos did their wonderful thing of getting the shoes to me overnight, accurately, and with no worries.

I didn't think I needed these but I need these. Super cute, super comfy, super cool! Even though they are ankle high, they are not hot!

Very cute boot, but I thought it was water-proof. not a lot of support, but comfortable, but I need weather-proof boots.

I was looking for a short comfortable boot that would work in the rain and these fit the bill perfectly. I have a very hard foot to fit because of plantar fasciitis and Morton's Neuroma. I also use custom orthotics. I wore them for eight hours on the first day without any problems. I usually wear a 10 - 10 1/2 and took a 10 in these. In the past three months I've bought three pair of Merrill's and have been very pleased with all of them. I definitely recommend them and plan to purchase more styles.

Ran narrow for my foot due to a bunion.Cute shoe, sorry it did not fit.

I have always enjoyed Merrell shoes. Every time I try them on they immediately feel like they have been in my closet forever. Really comfortable and light.

These shoes are AWESOME! They took a few hours to break in - but now have great support and are super comfy. They look better on my feet than in the pictures. I really like the traction that I get with these as well.

I absolutely adore this shoe! I bought it partly got a trip to London (because it was so stylish) and partly because I needed some new shoes for the fall, and I wasn't disappointed on either account. I walked miles in these all over London (and even inadvertently hiked through the wilderness to a remote loch in Scotland in them), and they were perfectly comfortable -- I didn't get a single blister or anything, even though my trip was the first time I wore them. I basically wear them every day now. I do wish they came in narrow, just because I have really skinny feet, but I wish that about every shoe; they also have no arch support (chukka boots by their very nature don't), but I have flat feet, so they're perfect for me. Have I mentioned that they're ridiculously stylish and cute? I've gotten so many compliments on them in the month that I've had them.

I had a similar pair of Merrell shoes years ago. I've tried to find a replacement pair for years. Finally found them. So comfortable. A step up from athletic shoes, but good to walk around in. The Merrell slip on shoes don't fit me. So happy I found a tie pair!

These are super cute, stylish and pretty comfortable. They are not ultra supportive, but the insole is soft. I tried the "low top" version of these, but they were too tight over my bunion, for some reason, these, even at my smaller size (7) work out alright if I don't tie them too tight. The leather is soft and buttery, and I feel like they will conform to the shape of my feet and easily accommodate my bunions. They are a good casual shoe that's not a sneaker.

Very nice looking boot/shoe, but that's where the good stuff ended for me. There is zero arch support and the back rubbed my heel badly from the moment I put it on despite the sizing seeming normal. It's also very stiff. If the name Merrell hadn't been printed on it, I would have never guessed that my favorite-casual-shoe-maker had a hand in this one. Just not up to their normal work. Too bad, as it is gorgeous.

These shoes are really cute, but offer no support. They fit ok across the to box but are too roomy in the heel. Disappointed that these won't work for me.
