These seemed comfortable right away and weren't tight anywhere. Felt cushiony to wear and great support. More like a regular shoe than Dansko's clog type footwear. So I am not sure why my feet felt sore after wearing them awhile? There are seams and ridges on the insole so maybe my ultra sensitive feet picked up on that, even though I never felt that when I wore them. Great arch support and true to size. Very disappointed I have to send them back.

I love, love, love these I put them on as soon as I got them and wore them the rest of the day. At last a shoe that isn't a sneaker that is good looking. The forefoot is wide enough so my misshapen toes aren't squished. The teal accent give them some interest.

I have been wearing Dansko for over 10 years & have never been disappointed. These are fun, funky & comfy shoes that anyone could wear. I am either walking or standing all day long, and my legs & feet feel great at the end of the day. I suggested my 81 year old Mom try this brand, and she is as big a fan as I am! I would recommend these shoe/boots to anyone who needs a great arch support.

I liked these in the gray although it is more dark teal than green trim. The vamp was a bit plain. Again with Dansko, it is a matter of getting the size right as each shoe seems to fit differently. This is why I order from Zappos, though, so I can find my fit and style. If I don't find a better fit and style in another brand, these are still in the running.

These are super comfortable. I love the arch support. They fit true to size. They are cute. But they squeak when you walk so I have to return them.

This shoe has a nice wide heel base, good arch support and plenty of room in the toe box, even for a foot like mine with a bunion. I usually wear a 9N or 9.5N and ordered the 40. They're a little loose in the heel on me and if they were brown instead of gray, I would try to fix that and keep them.

I was afraid Dansko had discontinued this great shoe but thanks to Zappos I found it in a slightly updated version. These are super comfy with excellent arch support and just funky enough in a retro sort of way. Maybe Dansko will revive the burgundy/red color for 2017?

My usual 40 wasn't available, so I got 39, which was fine. The toebox is wide, not pointed, so that made the difference. Very comfortable. I would like them in navy, not just denim blue, and smooth black, not just suede.

I am very pleased with these shoes. I am on my feet in the operating room for 8-12 hours at a time. I have not had as comfortable a shoe since I can remember. Wide toe box and narrow heel fit my feet well. One annoyance, which another reviewer noted is that the soles squeak walking on some surfaces. The comfort of the shoe far outweighs the squeaking.

Love these shoes! Very comfy. I was concerned about the sizing: I'm a size 8, normal to wide feet and most of my shoes are labelled as a Euro size 39. But I ordered the 38 as recommended in the size chart and they fit perfectly. Proper length and good room in the toe box. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Very cute!! They remind me of the Dansko "Folly" design... I have some beautiful Folly Dansko's in magenta and purple suede... These seem to be a bit more flexible and athletic than the old Folly design... I have six pairs of Dansko shoes, all fashionable, all functionally amazing for a chick w a back injury and chronic low-back pain! As long as Dansko continues to design fun and amazingly comfortable shoes, I will be a lifetime customer... My next pair will likely be a sneaker design. Keep up the great work and funky color and fabric combos!! Each design I own, from Folly to professional clogs to wingtip oxfords in every color I love, and these and/or the Sabrina sneakers in red suede will be my next Dansko investment! Worth every cent although pricey compared to my income. Oh well... I'm a girl, these are shoes... It's all good!

It used to be easy to buy nice looking athletic walking shoes. But not anymore, lots of shoes have become very flimsy. These Dansko Elaine however are as great as ever. I love them! They are very comfortable, good looking and don t hurt. The first day I had them, I walked around with them all day, without even noticing them. The grey suede looks very stylish. I took the regular width, and they are pretty roomy around the toes (just right!). I am a 8.5. But very often I have to go up to 9 with other shoes. This Dansko fits plenty with 8.5!! So it is really true to size!

Podiatrist recommended Dansko shoes and these fit perfectly. I don't have enough cushioning in the ball of my foot and these let me shop for hours in complete comfort! I wold buy again and have been looking at other Dansko styles to expand my shoe wardrobe.

Best most comfortable and cutest of all the Dansko styles. I have 3 pair of the professional style which are dressier. But these laced ones are my favorite.

I don't get it, I've bought Dansko shoes in this size and they are just short enough to make my toes sore. This shoe doesn't. It is a skosch longer than the other styles like Sabrina. I give these shoes high marks.

This is obviously a well made shoe but just didn't jive with my feet. I didn't really like the plastic-ish sole and it's weird to say, but they felt like a lighter, not made as well version of Sketchers. I know a lot of people love them, but not my cup of tea and quite expensive.

These don't squeak, they SQUEAK! I love the look and the feel, but they are loud! I am returning them.

Sad to say that the shoes were too wide for my foot and when I walked around my living room the heel slipped up and down. I wear a normal 8.5 shoe but these were too large all around. I did like the arch support which I felt right away. Will return them.

These shoes are very nice looking but after I put them on I was disappointed in the lack of support. Dansko has always been my go to brand for awesome support, but these did not have that and they also felt wider than usual. Also, on the bottom of the sole there are funky blue plastic plates that made it awkward to walk and sounded terrible on my hardwood floors and tile; I wanted these shoes to wear around the house and I sure do not want to listen to "click, click" all day. I am returning these shoes.
