Perfect right out of the box! There was no "break in" time with these shoes - they were comfortable from the time I put them on in the morning until I took them off later that evening. I teach so I'm on my feet all day, and it's difficult to find truly comfortable, cute shoes.... But these definitely hit the mark! As far as size goes, I usually take a size 40 with other brands, but I needed 39 in these. I have two other pairs of Danskos and they too are size 39.

A really attractive comfortable shoe. Dressy enough for special occasions. Immediately felt good on. Dansko quality.

I love these shoes. They are cute and stylish and can be worn with or without socks. I am a huge Dansko fan. I am a teacher and my feet never hurt when I have on my Danskos.

Huh? I could not believe how too small these shoes were. The shoes are close to an inch shorter than anything else that I own. I could not even fit my feet in. A shame. They are darned cute and look like they would have good support. But, I will never know.

I ordered in blue metallic suede. The shoe is adorable. It is attractive and not too flashy. I wanted it for a conference I am speaking at to go with a business casual dress code. Unfortunately, the regular width was not comfortable for my foot. I wear both regular and wide widths depending on the shoe. I am returning because it doesn't come in wide but I love the look of this shoe!

I am a long-time wearer of the Dansko professional clogs and was looking for something closer to a flat. These shoes are very cute and very comfortable. I love the metallic look - it's distinctive and goes with almost everything. I did have some trouble with sizing. I am always a 40 in the professional clog and ordered the 40 here. The first pair I got felt tight and I thought would loosen to "just right," but I decided to exchange them for a different color. The 40 in the new color felt a little looser to start with and then loosened up significantly as I wore them. I ended up exchanging them for the 39. So perhaps consider sizing down if you are a Dansko clog wearer. The 39 is perfect, comfortable and stylish.

I love these shoes! I have bunions and have a difficult time finding comfortable yet stylish shoes. These fit the bill. There is enough room in the toe area that my toes don't get squished. They are snug enough to stay on my feet. And they were comfortable right out of the box. I'm going to order a different style. They look nice with my work pants.

My favorite Danskos yet. 10 years in catering, 6 different styles of Danskos. Hands down most comfortable pair and they are cute!

I've been searching for a versatile nice-looking shoe that I can just slip into quickly to simplify my morning routine. Because my feet, and in particular, my heels, are quite narrow I never bothered to check out Dansko because this brand looked to be too wide. To my astonishment, these were actually almost snug width-wise with thick socks. I wear a size 10 narrow and ordered this shoe in both a 40 and a 41 to see which would be better. The 41 felt a bit loose and the 40 was a smidge too short. Darn! If there was a size 40.5, these shoes would have been a keeper. The blue metallic suede is very cool and edgy yet conservative and pretty. The black suede with tortoise shell strap elicited a "those are really cute" from my husband. The arch support and comfort level of the insole are excellent. These shoes are very nicely constructed and if they had fit me, I would have kept them.

These shoes are so cute! Just a little short, so I'll exchange for a larger size. Zappos is so great with exchanges - it's easier than going to the mall. I haven't worn the shoes yet, but they are very comfortable with my bunions.

The shoes are great quality, but they slip off the back of my heel. One shoe feels slightly bigger than the other. I know Danskos are supposed to be loose at the heel, but I am worried they may cause blisters.

I love the metallic finish on these shoes and the style. 39 was way too snug, so I tried the 40. Even with dress orthotics, my heels slip out when I walk. Too bad. Returning both sizes.

I loved these shoes when they arrived. The metallic look is very stylish. However they were a tight fit. I usually wear 8.5 M or W and these were very snug. I exchanged them for the next size up, and hope they work out.

I was truly disappointed with the shoes They look cuter on the website and they did in person. They actually kind of look like a clunky low for when I got them out the box. They were a little bit large and the back heel rubbed So sadly they are on their way back!

I have other Danskos in size 39 and they fit perfectly, but these were tight and rub the back of my left heel. They don't have the big loose heel like the classic Dansko. I like the sparkly brown color, but the shiny black trim made them feel a bit formal or preppy for my taste.

Loved the color and style but the black band that goes over the top of the shoe caused it to be way too tight. I had to send them back.

These shoes are so cute! I was very disappointed they did not fit. I typically wear anything from size 10 to 11, medium to wide widths, depending on the style. Though I ordered size 41, which seemed like it should be perfect, these felt very narrow and about a half size too small. I so wanted them to fit and considered ordering a larger size, but I think the width will still be too narrow. These shoes are not "clunky" at all. On the right foot, they will be awesome.
